I've been skinny all of my life and I cant put on weight to save my life. I'm sick of it, I want to get fuckin' swole. Can you guys suggest some routines for me?

cut sugar, moar protein(1g/ Ib of bodyweight), a lot of milk, good sleep, drink about a gallon of water a day, german 10x10 for max volume but most routines should work for beginner gains. I got started with the evil russian pushup program but that's just my start.

I am also 135, 5'9 and 18. I've only been working out for 2 weeks and gained a pound per week, but I've gotten a lot more muscle mass even in such a short time. I did SL for 2 weeks and that's really increased my base strength, and now I'm moving onto a PPL. Its worked well for me.

Forget the body type, the only thing that counts is calori intake. Unironically hop on SS (get it here if you're a cheap fuckforum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224) without the GOMAD part. Install myfitnesspal and track your calories carefully. Specially the proteins since HS food is often carbs&fat garbage only.
