Cycling and swimming are better bodybuilding cardio sports as they are low impact. Muscle mass+running will ruin your knees.
I probably wouldn't because it adds psychological stress and makes your cuts much more difficult
I'm cutting now with no cardio and aside from general grumpiness now and again, it's not as bad as when I was running 6 or 7 miles a week and feeling suicidal from all the stress my body was under.
Anything over 24bmi and you probably shouldn't be running, definitely not at 25 and beyond. Speaking as a 6-7 times a week runner

running while in a caloric deficit is not going to decrease your stress levels and will, in fact, only greatly increase them
Listen to these folks OP, I'm 6'4 and used to be 25+% most of the time, I've run a lot, really a lot through various sports and cutting jogs including on concrete and now my ankles start hurting like hell anytime I do more than a km. Be careful with running.

i do 5 days a week, 30 minutes on the treadmill at 5.5mph. plan on going up to 6mph once spring starts. find what works best for you man.
