Skyr
This is really good for keeping macros and tastes good. One of the rare really decent products available.
all things (macros, taste and price) considered I don't see a point in getting it instead of cottage cheese or quark in my country
i eat one per day
glad its availlable in my country
Godmode: mix the cottage cheese with the yoghurt
shits expensive af in new zealand
One € for 350 grams here
in my country quark has better macros and is just a little bit cheaper. Tastes 5 times as bad tho.
use a handmixer to whip it for a minute or two, maybe add a dash of milk. Improves tenfold
Eat it 1-2 a week at most, cant find the original in the store here, only suger bombs.
I'm glad it's catching on, we might get more choice in it. Have it every weekday.
I eat 2-3 a week. It’s my go to breakfast and I’m sad I don’t have any for tomorrow.
The drink version was terrible though
can't even find it round here mate :(
As others pointed out, Quark is a LOT cheaper. 500 grams for €0.68 which has 9g proteins/ 100g. Skyr isn't 'skirr' at all, it's almost twice the price for 350 grams or some shit.

My bad, macro's were a bit off, this are the right macro's
i get it from countdown sometimes, the company is called The Collective. it sells for 3 buck for 150 grams.
Fjällfil > kvarg
>low fat
Garbage
in Poland quark is 1 euro/500g, 18g protein 4g carbs 0g fat per 100g (the non fat variety)
it's the dry kind that's supposedly not available in most countries
some people hate it but personally I love it which is good for me because price wise and macros wise nothing can compete with it
>fjällfil naturell
>3,4g protein
>lindahls naturell
>12,0g protein
>arab semen
pass
It's quark taste cheese !? If yes don't like it
Adding nuts
Huh. Thanks bro I'll pick some up.
>adding poison crap you should only eat moderate amounts of in spring that were most likely also roasted in carcinogenic plant oils meaning they are deprived of basically all nutrition
Why not just eat real full fat dairy instead?
>inb4 muh protein
Tomorrow ill see for full fat one.
What about mct oil?
