My gym basically just reminds me of the football weight room in high school. Dark, ton of free weights, everyone making gay jokes and helping each other. It's perfect.

that's pretty much the first two weeks of the program i'm doing. then then reps slowly get lower over the course of the next three with the last week being an optional 1rm or deload week. Theoretically if my lifts are going up and my weight stays the same at some point my bf has to start going down right?
