my plan is a 4 week cut then bulk the rest of the rest of the year.
The cut is a low carb diet with daily cardio and a hypertrophy routine. I know I'm skinny but I've been 20% my whole life and I want to know what my muscles and insertions look like. I'll start at my smallest then see how much I grow.
