What should i do from here? Kinda tired of being this size now
I struggled to gain much muscle last year, my 3rd year lifting. Gained a lot of strength tho.
5’9 148lbs. Lifts: 405/315/455
Realistically as a natural im not going to bulk hard, what is a good kinda surplus? 100-200 worked last year but it was more of a recomp i got leaner and stronger but didnt gain weight.

175 lbs 10% is pretty decent already. Your strenght score is pretty good actually. Just add weighted chin ups and do more rows and OHP if you havent already
