3 pl8 lifts

I'm confused, is that a 45 and then 22.5 on each side? 3 45 plates would be uneven

If you can't handle the math, you're not nearly strong enough for it. Just start with starting strength and eventually you'll get there

double the number of pl8s for the actual count

The bar is the third pl8

1pl8 = 45lbs on each side
You do the rest of the math

3 plate is a 20 and a half on each side, three plates total

>He doesn't remove the bar heads and pass a plate all the way through the shaft.

45/1.41 and you get the effective value

pl8 measurements is how much the dyel next to you lifts trying to copy you. So if you deadlift 8 plates ok each side and the dyel nerd next to you puts 3 pl8s on his bar then you just did a 3pl8 lift

1.5 plates on one side
1.5 plates on the other side

there, 3 plates

Everyone here is just trolling 3 pl8 is 3 45lbs plates on each side. So 315lbs total.

Look, if he's too inexperienced to get it, force-feeding him stuff will just get him hurt

wouldn't it just make him fat?

thats 6pl8 though

Nice bait

so you're telling me one must ohp 135, bench 225, squat 315, and deadlift 405 in order to hit 1/2/3/4? good luck with that, that's world class numbers. I'm at 90/135/180/225 (deadlift with straps tho) and I'm one of the strongest guys in the gym

Bait. But hilarious

dead serious

I hit 3pl8 squat in 1 month, never lifted in my life

If you really are dead serious then yes. 1/2/3/4 is 135 ohp, 225 bench, 315 squat and 405 deadlift. All in pounds. This is obviously bait if you say your 225 dead makes you the strongest in the gym.

>1pl8 bench
>strongest in gym

That's just sad
