If you can't accomplish at least 1/2/3/4/5/6 within 1 year of training, you're never going to make it.
1 pl8 OHP
2 pl8 bench
3 pl8 squat
4 pl8 deadlift
5 pl8 leg press
6 minute mile

Slow and steady wins the race, nigger

6 minute mile is tough when it’s close to being as fast as I can run. I might be able to run 10mph for 2 minutes before my heart explodes. And I have really good cardio endurance. My heart just starts beating too fast and I get freaked out
What if I arrived there after 7 months? I feel very good about myself right now. I finished chemo in March 17 and started lifting in September.
Managed to tick all the boxes except for running because I do bike/Crosstrainer for cardio atm. Will start running when spring starts though.
Life is good. Just need to find a qt gf now.
That's meaningless unless you specify a body fat %.
sub 10%
for 5 reps or 1?
Fuck this spine compression horseshit meme.
Being Veeky Forums doesn't mean subscribing to your idiotic number system. Fuck off.
6 reps, 5 reps scheme is outdated and 1 rep is just plain stupid.
Its 1 rep

Enjoy your wheelchair
The thought that most lifters could hit a 3vplate squat with good depth after 1 year is laughable
Most will come nowhere close to 3 plate squat at full depth in their lifetime
>ever OHP
i don't give a fuck
How many kilos are that
It's 5. It's always 5x5 for strength and 8-12 for mass.
>good cardio

Should be 5 plate double overhand hold for 1 minute.
You can about halve what a person leg presses and get their squat, so that's a bit redundant
