Lat Pull downs or pull ups for a wider back?
Lat Pull downs or pull ups for a wider back?
Both.
4x8-10 normal grip pull-ups
4x8-10 wife trip pull-ups
If you can’t do 8-10 then do as many as you can then do a couple sets of pulldowns after.
What is this? A chart for manlets?
Rows
Personally I have found pullups to make all the difference for my back thickness. Lap pulldowns did nothing.
>Under 200lbs
>A man
Pick one.
5'6 142 is fucking tubby even with a good amount of muscle
t. 5'6 130
no it's not, t. 5'7''
5'6 at 142 is a starving doyouevenlift manlet. Im 1 year lifting 5'6 and 170 lean visible abs but still small. Are you a leglet who doesn't train legs? upper 170's is my goal.
t. Tubby
>tfw 5'5''
>tfw want to stay at 70 but love handles kill it
i don't want to have a 2k TDEE
shut the fuck up and EAT
>5'8"
>180 lbs
>not nearly muscular enough to justify being 180 lbs
Fuck it, at least I've started working on it.
What kind of cancer is this chart? I don't even have abs and I'm at 166lb and 5'9
No its not
T. Lifting 5'5, 149 lb
This chart finally breaks down for me why everyone on this board thinks being near 200 lbs is immediately fatty mode. Everyone on this chart is a manlet and people who are not a manlet should weight 200+ lbs.
>tfw weigh as much as the ideal for a man 6" taller than me
YOU HAVE TO LIVE IT
Is there a version of this chart not for Manlets?
lat pulls are for people who cant do more than 10 pull ups
200 lbs is fatty mode
What is this chart? According to it I need to gain 20lb but I really need to lose at least 10 more pounds of fat
