i usually start with one and keep adding whenever the flavour starts dying, usually cap at about 5

Make your own trifle or cheesecake. Base it on tiramisu, so it's mostly egg and mascarpone, top with fruit or dark chocolate.
You'll know what sort of shit you've put inside, it won't be too bad and you can control the portion size. Salad and steak for the rest of the day, and you'll be fine.

Try oikos triple zero vanilla yogurt with a tablespoon of peanut butter stirred into it. Really low calories, some protein and fat, and tastes like peanut butter icing.

I have these semi sweet chocolate chips that I put into my pancakes so sometimes when I'm craving desert I'll grab a handful of chocolate chips and then a handful of blueberries or strawberries and eat that. Satisfies the craving lad
