How do I get over 3k calories when I can only afford a lunch and a dinner? I get 400g of chicken steak and about 300g of rice from that. Breakfast is like 1 yoghurt or a protein shake.
What is the cheapest way to bulk? Should I buy peanut butter and just chump that shit all day?
Uni student here, tend to run out of cash by the end of the month. I often buy a shitload of milk for calories because it's cheap with great protein value. Also oatmeal is pretty cheap with lots of calories if you like it... I usually buy whatever piece of meat is in promotion on monday and mealprep for the rest of the week. Peanut butter is probably good to tho, but desu I'd rather drink 2+ liters of milk each day than eating peanut butter. GL finding something that works for you!
