And I'm still "massing" and eating what feels like a fuckton.
But I've counted it up and it seems like I'm well under the needed amount of daily calories most days and I'm still within 5-10 pounds of my bodyweight at my lightest.

Going to go full IF plus Fast and eat veggies and meat for the next few months.
If that doesn't work then there's always DNP.

Haven't dropped down in any weights.
Cutting is the easiest thing I've ever needed to do.

I'm at 5'11 ~173 pounds. So it's going well, I'm close to being where I want for summer already. Just maintenance from there.

stuck around 168 at 6'1, down from 200. Ive been getting leaner and seeing an increase in vascularity all over, and seperation (especially in my delts). I think im going to start doing cardio as i dont want to drop under 2200 calories. This is my first cut ever, so any anons got tips? I started the cut eating 2700 calories and lowered them by 100 when my weight would stagnate for a week or so.

Not great. Got stuck for a few months @ 200 (5'11) and now i'm down to mid 90's. Goal was to be normal BMI by July, 174lb. I wanted this to be the first summer I looked like a normal person and not a 400lb monster. I live near the beach, and though my loose skin would look awful, it's been my dream to go shirtless in the ocean for the first time in my life as an adult.

Was just about to start cutting and got sent out of town for storm damage. Hotel doesn't have a gym and I don't have a personal vehicle here, just my work truck. Brought a 60lb resistance band with me, so I can add a bit of weight to pushups and body squats. Not sure if I should start cutting or just try and maintain till I get back.

87.5 kg today, bit of a slow progress but I'm proud and finally seeing some gains hitting the gym, it's making me enjoy it.

This year though, I've been way more responsible with my bulk, so I'm not carrying a bunch of fat. After a four day water-fast and a few weeks at a 500 calorie deficit, I should be beach ready. Might start doing some ab-isolation work soon as well because I'm a vain faggot like that.

174 from 184, 6'3", +600kcal deficit + 1 weekly cheat meal, compensated with extra cardio and less carbs/fats in the following days. Finishing my 4th week of my first cut.

Lifts stalling, deloaded bench, seeing some abs, but also clavicles and ribs. I'll cut 3-4 more pounds then recomp until august.
