I don't know about the first 3 be the rest is very accurate. I've been on no fap for 2 months now and it still has not improved though.

There are several levels of semen retention challenge:
1. Easy mode (NoPorn)
2. Normal mode (NoFap)

NoFap isn't the only reasons for Dopamine Deficiency, you can get it from alcohol addiction, gambling addiction, Drug addiction, because this is the internet, you'll find that most people get it from porn addiction.
But these are actions people take which cause the deficiency, there are variables out of your control that could cause the deficiency, such a Schizophrenia, Psychosis, Parkinsons, genetic illness, depression.

Next part is entirely my personal theory, I have no evidence to back it up, but it's what I believe could/does work.
If you feel you have Dopamine Deficiency that isn't caused by anything genetic/uncontrollable, then
1. Cutting any addictions that'll produce a high amount of dopamine in a short burst is usually the first action to take, this includes pornfree (I believe fapping once a week is fine, testosterone will peak at the 7th day of nofap, just fap to no porn). Gaming addiction (Mobile games specifically are the worst for it), Social Media Addiction (Cut time spent on Veeky Forums, reddit, facebook, Instagram etc). These are fast rewards for your brain, get that (You), get that upvote, get that like, instant gratification for your brain, instant dopamine releases for essentially nothing.
2. Replace these things with slow reward systems, best thing is books, they're slow, and to start with maybe even boring for you, but that's the point. You need to get your brain used to slow rewards, slow gratification, with porn you get a huge amount of dopamine releases in an insanely short amount of time, depleting your dopamine for the rest of the day, compared to a book where you'll get the same amount over the course of hours of reading it. Get your brain used to these slow rewards, learning an instrument, drawing, photoshop, or other hobbies of similar learning curves are great too, they take time to learn, thus slow dopamine releases.

3. Get your other neurotransmitters functioning,
Serotonin largely comes from your diet, Grains, Nuts, Fruit, Veg, most healthy foods will contain Serotonin, get your diet in order and that'll follow, a lot of symptoms for low dopamine are also symptoms for low Serotonin too, it's possible it's due to this.
Dopamine, follow 2 and Dopamine should follow.
Oxytocin, this isn't just related to sexual encounters, this is part of all human contact, hugs from friends/family, simply being in the same room as a friend will increase this. It's just much more powerful in a sexual encounter environment. Get more face to face contact with friends/social circle, talking to them on the phone is not the way to go.
Endorphins, You're on Veeky Forums, so odds are you already get Endorphins in, this comes from physical exercise, lifting weights, cardio, stretching, etc.

5. Meditate, so many god damn benefits, best to research it yourself, just spend 10 minutes every day to meditate.

Hardest part here, at this point you're mostly doing everything right in your life, no addictions, healthy lifestyle, close contact with friends, it mostly depends on safety/security now, this mostly comes from money, you need to earn enough to feel like you're in control of your own life, that's one thing every human desires, control. With enough money you'll be able to afford a safe and secure place while able to do what you want when you want, this feeling is most beneficial at $75,000 per year. anything more is just extra bonus. Most people don't really have much of a choice when it comes to this part, but if you're financially secure, investments may help, this is entirely up to you.

Once you've sorted all of that, any other reasons for lack of energy, deficiencies, sleep problems, focusing problems, depression, will mostly be a medical problem doctors will have to fix. But assuming it isn't, these problems should go away during your improvements. Good Luck my dude.
