Look into intermittent fasting and do HIIT 4+ times a week. Cardio is so easy because it's 100% mental, you just need willpower.

I do cardio reasonably often, 2 1.5 mile runs a week and 2 8km runs a week. I just eat above maintenance because I was bulking for a while to escape twinkmode. What %bf do I look to you?

6 years, royal marines in between, 2/3.5/5/6, 6'2, 97 kg
im doing starting strength(about 4 months now) and my bench has gone up to 65kg, 100kg squat, 105kg deadlift. Im still able to lift more and more each week. However i dont look nearly as impressive as Will this change when I go into a bodybuilding split(such as a 6day PPL split come summertime)? I am not taking anything, bar protein powder after training and every morning.
Also i should mention that my height is 186cm, weight is 85kg.
Keep going until progress stops. If progress never stops: thank god and leave humanity behind. If you stop progressing, hop into a PPL.

Yeah, thast the plan. I was just asking about the hypertrophy. I mean i look good, but people dont believe me when i tell them im 85kg. Might be because of the height.
