I used to have a body like that and was fucking stupid. First i only did bench and machines/dumbbell exercises. I wasn't at all consistent and didn't even eat at maintenance

I have such a shit diet, it sucks. I'm literally addicted to fast food. I don't look obese, but I'm significantly overweight according to BMI.

How do I kick the addiction? What should I eat instead? I generally don't eat an excess of calories. Maybe just shy of 2000/day.

I seriously feel like if I can stick to a diet I could look like OP's guy, but even better.
