I've been eating onions for three months now. Body composition has changed DRASTICALLY. Muscles look bigger and fuller, bitchtits are gone, skin is healthier, hair is thicker, sex drive is great, and my confidence is at an all time high. Yes. It will be harder at first, but it gets easier as time goes on. I started off dicing the onions finely and swallowing them in gulps like pills, but now I can just pick up an onion and eat it raw. It's actually quite filling for such a low calorie vegetable too. If you are a weakling you may experience stomach pain on your first attempt, but I promise that'll go away.

I eat one a day as a base. I sometimes get another one in if I want to snack on something. You get used to the burn and it'll make you feel alpha. Remember to take garlic with your onions too, that's also really good for you.

This is broscience, but I've heard that the effect the onions have in decreasing estrogen comes from the sulfur content instead of quercetin, which rapidly decreases after being cut open. You need the sting to get the full effect, at least as far as I know.

I don't have any scientific articles on abstinence from masturbation, there aren't really any good studies because it's too hard to test for in humans. But anecdotally for myself and hundreds of others, long-term nofap results in exhibiting more symptoms of high t (more confidence, motivation, horniness, lifting more).

People are so convinced of the once a week fap meme because 1) There is a "flatline" after a week or so where the brain goes through withdrawals, just like other addictions and 2) People need to cope and try to convince themselves it's still okay to jerk off.

In non-human primates, test levels follow behaviour, and not vice-versa. Meaning, a primate's test levels increase AFTER exhibiting alpha-type behaviour. I think the same applies to humans, to an extent. You can increase test levels by being more dominant and assertive in social situations.
