Most women can get a big ass from just doing the stair master for 15 minutes 3x a week at an intense interval.

And women will actually use a stair master (almost no women actually squat or deadlift even if you design them a program and they agree to it. They will max out at 45lbs and give up).

I think her best bet would be to work out her hips abs and ass. If she is too skinny she should eat more, and if she is fat she should eat less.

I don't know what secret you are expecting to find. She needs to work hard at those things and she will see results.

If you're looking for workout recommendations, I'd say some staples for anyone wanting to build those muscles are deadlifts, squats, hanging leg raises and glute Bridges. None of that bodyweight shit. If she can do more than 12 reps with a certain weight she needs to increase the weight. She obviously needs to do more lifts than just the ones I listed, but I think those are at least a good foundation.

Also don't totally neglect other body parts.
