Of all the pre workouts I've tried, not including dmaa, Mr hyde has been the most effective. Usually preworkouts don't wonrk for me, but hyde gave a decent boost

caffeine 200mg pill, .5 tsp of beta-alanine and a tsp of creatine

as effective as C4

I'm getting anxious now since I'm running low on my DMAA dust extreme. Using God of the Gym atm, might just buy hyde and mix it with DMHA.

I like the curse, yeah it's a faggy name but it's cheap and loads of servings and you can feel that shit

I like pre-jym from Jim Stoppani but I've been trying to avoid stimulants lately. I have a bit of anxiety and I feel so much better when I only use caffeine once or twice a week.

There are a bunch of better preworkouts than mesomorph or dust extreme if it's not for the dmaa. Just get a dmaa solution, and put 30-50mg to a better preworkout.

Where are you people getting DMAA these days?
Its been re-banned and no place i can find sells it anymore. Even Mesomorph doesnt have it.

Make "hyphy mud" myself with diet pepsi and instant coffee.

Every workout I take 500ml of water and mix it with bucking the fuck up.

Coffee is really all a lifter needs for a little perk. I have 2 cups if I'm working out in the morning and 1 if I'm working out in the afternoon. Sometimes I'll grab something non-stim with citrulline and arginine in it because I really like the huge pumps and rock-hard erections

If you want to buy dmaa dust extreme/mesomorph/wicked, etc., go to ebay. But because they don't produce it anymore, it can be quite expensive. There are several places to buy a dmaa solution (never buy just powder, you can kill yourself), but nootropicsource is a good choice.

Doesn't give me tingles but is my 2nd favorite pre-workout just because if I take more than the recommended dose it gives me the focus I want for cheaper than my go-to pre-workout.

Is basically just pure caffeine. One scoop still manages to give me tingles. With that being said I gave my first and only can away to a friend because the shit kept me up all night. Even when I take it a good 6 hours before I sleep it still keeps me up.

My go-to. Perfect balance of caffeine imo. Gives me slight tingles.

Tried it solely because of Veeky Forums and it is terrible. Shitty chemicals in it like aspartame and other shit I've never even heard of, and the caffeine balance is super low for how many fucking downsides it has. I also can feel my fucking teeth rotting as I drink it. They do taste good though.

Actually, stim-dick is a thing. It happened to me once using dmaa. But it goes away when the dmaa wears off entirely. So nothing to be scared of. The next day everything was alright.
Yea don't get dmaa powder, fucking up the dosage would be scary. Stick with the solution, and stay safe.

Dmaa powder is fine if you get a milligram scale, it tastes way better than the liquid shut that places sell. Honestly grapefruit juice is the only thing that can mask dmaa's taste, powder or otherwise.

First time I took re1gn, I took 2 1/2 scoops on top of BCAAs with caffeine. Biggest fucking pump, haven't gone so hard in any other workout. Wanted to smash everything in sight. After 2 1/2 - 3 hours I came down hard as fuck, though. Laid in bed for 2 hours and went to sleep an hour or two early.
Now I stick to ~1 scoop and it does the job decently

Its common with users since DMAA is a vasoconstrictor it can cut off your bloodflow to places like your dick.
It affects people differently; i personally get stimdick for 2 days after using it, some people get terrible headaches.
I quit it because of the ED and my tolerance for it built up so quickly, I was training more without it than with it. I don't regret the decision though, I train just as hard without it
