UnJUSTing 2020

Baldness has been cures for years, it wont be news until its cheap enough the everyman to get it.

How so?

losts of celebs with great looking hair transplants, also Finn.

But you can only transplant existing hair with the current method, so the density per square inch is always going to be significantly lower than ideal unless you go for a less than ideal surface area coverage.

With this new method, you can create new and long-lived (dht-resistant) follicles to achieve any desired level of density over any surface area.

Neat

Any guarantees the FDA will allow it in the US?

It's not a drug, and it involves only your own cells (just multiplied in vitro) so the FDA doesn't need to approve it.

It would be like getting your own blood taken and then reinfused.

The reason they're commercialising it in 2020 rather than right away is because it has so far only been demonstrated in an animal model. Human tests begin this month in Japan. After a one-year follow-up, they're ready to go to market in Japan. Kyocera, a precision manufacturing company, is providing the machinery necessary to scale up from laboratory to commercial operations.

Will Brotzu be the one to save us all?

>It would be like getting your own blood taken and then reinfused
FDA still regulates autologuous blood transfusions

hopefully they don't kill the guy

fake bald treatments are a billion dollar industry

>the same researchers that said you could make stem cells from straight blood
Oh boy let's see how many of those nips off themselves when we find out they fudged results

Christ, America is really getting ass-fucked.

Just go to Japan then I guess. I know they passed a law a few years ago (2012 I think) to expedite approvals for autologous cell therapies, because of their ageing population problem.

The Peninsula Hotel in Tokyo is excellent. Try the bar and grill 'Peter'.

What's the theoretical limit of hair regrowth to begin with? I'm assuming it would only be possible to regrow what you had (ie if you have naturally fine hair and go bald you're not going to be treated and then have thick hair)

Regrowth is generally not considered possible. Once the follicles are damaged beyond a certain point, they're gone and you can't repair them.

This new therapy involves multiplying the dot-resistant follicles that last essentially forever, and you can create an unlimited number of them for grafting.

Given how long existing treatments take (many hours for a single grafting session of a few thousand hairs) and the fact that a full head has somewhere between 150,000 to 200,000 hairs, it would probably need to be done over a period of a few weeks (subject to pain tolerance, and the skill of the surgeon / robotic grafting unit).

dht-resistant*

top zozzle, what about muh freedoms?

The FDA is totally controlled by the drug companies.

>A neg
>gets B pos blood
>dies
>just like the founding fathers intended

If it's autologous, it's your own blood. You don't have a different blood type to yourself.

well the FDA regulates everything else such as the preservative solution it's kept in, the temperature calibrated, and traceable refrigerator, and a bunch of other shit.

>blood is stored at temperature that's a little to high
>proteins denature and cells die
>injects back into you and fucks you hard

Literally come to Mexico and do that transplant on Juarez or any other border city.

We already had the first chimera child because we dont have health rules. You can literally clone yourself and no one cares here.

Cool, I'd like to clone myself just in case I need an organ transplant.

wait so its still implanting follicles in your head like a transplant? fuck that

Kek. Bald fag Veeky Forums meet up in Japan 2020 I guess?

They take a sample of your own functional follicles, multiply them in cell culture, and then implant them to restore the coverage and density that you had when you were 15, or 25, or 35 or whatever you're going for.

Land of the freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Ive already cured baldness user

I'm up for that.

T O K Y O

O

if you need an organ transplant then your clone will eventually have a damaged organ itself.

Only if the cause was genetic. If I get in a car accident and damage my lungs or something, it would be useful.

Yes. I pray to our Lord Brotzu every day.

shave your head, fucking pussies

Holy shit.
I can see Americans flocking to japan for hair and tits now.

>j-just make yourself invisible to women so I can have a chance with them

t. insecure beta with a weak facial structure

Just shave it bro

cope harder baldcel

Does japan have a titty therapy too?

Japan has the greatest fucking titscientists on the planet.
Japan's breast embiggenment game strong as fuck.

Already saving for it

Thank you, honourable nippon. I pledge allegiance to the Emperor.

Actually hair follicles will take home in pretty interesting areas. I had a custom widows peak transplanted in an area I never had hair and it still grows.

t. wealthy guy who spends money on aesthetics

I've read about it 2 years ago and they said it will be ready within a year

And how much would this procedure effectivly cost somebody?

They can,
But did they stop and think if they should?

As a baldy who's hair thinned out, wouldn't getting this be equivalent to women who use makeup to hide significant flaws or people who get cosmetic surgery for minor flaws?

It's a lie, and I'm not sure it's one we should be telling outside of people who lost scalp spots to injuries.

I LOVE THE JAPS
THANK YOU TSUBASA
I WILL EVEN FUCK YOUR WIFE IF YOU WANT ME TO

is it gonna be expensive?

>baldness will be cured in the next couple years
t. every single balding man in the last 100 years

No. We need to even the playing field so women don't hold so much power.

But that's a societal issue. Too many men pedestal women who haven't earned it and toovmany women want to be men without the responsibilities.

>Rich people don't even try and they get trips

How do I stop being poor noblemaster?

No, hair transplants are beautiful as their your actual hairs. Nothing to wash away

Okay? That won't change unless men can even the playing field.

30 years ago you couldn't even get a transplant that didn't look like utter shit. Now celebrities are walking around with juvenile thick sets of hair. Even our man Rich got one (lord rest him) although he went full retard with the FUT approach

Count me in brah

Teaching boys to respect actions and values instead of giving respect to women as a baseline is the solution.

That'll never happen and you're delusional, so we're talking about realistic possibilities here.

Literally this
