This, I'm just under 220 lbs, (I-I'm not fat I promise) and my dad is 160. We went on a hike up a mountain together, I had to stop partway up hills to catch my breath and my dad was basically running up the mountain. I was in a tank, it was 1 C outside, at the top on the mountain I was drenched with sweat. I need to do more cardio and lose a bit of weight after my permabulk from skelly to built, it's just that I love seeing my lifts go up.
