Arthritic faggot

Ok so i got rhumetoid arthritis in core connecting joints hands feet and knees.
I have been working out all the time even when i really dont want to, I'm still over weight and ita due to a terrible diet but the excercise keeps more weight piling on.
Any ways what it feels like is you are caring bags of sand constantly and Im generally tired all the time.
I think Im tryin too hard to keep up a pace and was wondering if that is the case.
Should I stop pushing so hard and take a rest day? Its really hard to tell with my body since feeling tired and weak is a norm and its rare to feel energetic and ready to work out.
How do you guys know you need a rest day?

Rest is for the weak, don't be a pussy and push yourself further and further.

On that note, get at least 9 hours of sleep a night.

I've been pushing 8-7 hours, problem is i wake up or toss and turn in my sleep too keep my joints from locking up. Would a lower rate of excercise be ok instead of a rest day?

Fuck dude, my dad has that. He’s on methotrexate for it, but desu exercise can do more harm than good in your case. I’d cut down to two meals a day eating only lean food. Sub the 3rd meal with a shake. Best of luck brah

But what about the exercises? Should i dp a low energy work out as a rest day?

>exercises

Like wot?

Dude your body is literally destroying your own joints. Get your diet straight first, and get on a medication that will actually help. THEN work on exercises

drop dairy and coffee.

This

Doing gorrilla thrusts 3 kinds, jumping jack pushups (the ones where you stay low tp the ground jump to a wide stance to a thin stance) planking, running 2 miles and jump rope for 10 minutes. Practice kung fu with the forms that I know and am bad at but i am improving, sit ups, bicycle kick crunches, side sit ups. All this spans for an 1 hr - 1h 20 minutes.

Ive gotten help, and medicine and it did what it can do, the medicine made me fatter due to naperson's issue of thinning the blood. The damage was already done. Now I'm working with what i got left.

I switch it up of course like extreme jumping jacks and excercises that go with this as well so that is helping with my weight loss.

Did that, i drink coffee black too

Coffee deshydrates your body and your joints and makes them stiffer.
Consumption of dairy doesn't do good on your joints either.

I only drink about 1-2 cups, helps me pooooop

once you are free of caffeine, after a few days, you won't have too much trouble to shit.

Breh

Please just TRY the following.

A strict paleo diet, with all food organic, all meats grass fed and not treated with growth hormones or antibiotics. For 2 months

A strict ketogenic diet for a month (preferably 2)
if that doesn't help

A strict high starch diet 90% carbohydrates, 5% fat, 5% protein for a month (preferably 2)

Also, eat fermented vegetables and drink only water.

Rheumatoid arthritis is an immune condition. Your immune system is modulated by the gut.

I'm not saying this will cure you, but there have been NUMEROUS anecdotal cases and STUDIES showing partial or full remission of autoimmune disease by not eating shit and fixing the gut.

I'm 32 and i have had arthritis since, well 5 i cant remember any further. The arthritis can stem from a virus but i dont have that virus.

It stems from a virus in that the body's immune response is affected by the virus. Just because you don't have that particular virus doesn't mean your immune system can't be compromised.

You don't have to try it, but it's like 6 months of minor inconvenience if you try fix your diet. The diet will improve your lifting anyway. But it's up to you, you have nothing to lose, though.

Yeah i will give it a try, but arthritis like mine came when I was born and went through the whole process of doctors and such, I'll also go back to an Arthritis Specialist but currently i need to change my diet, and keep working out. I just finished a very light work out and I have been forced to use Indica Weed to relax my self. Arthritis forces you to tense up more than you need to just to move, if I dont my movement becomes sloppy and hard to manage, its like I have Benjamin Button disease but i dont get younger the older i get. I was similar to a Geriatric when I was 5.

I'm really sorry man, have a look at this. Maybe you can relate

>In the 1960's Rex Newnham, Ph.D., D.O., N.D, developed arthritis. At that time he was a soil and plant scientist in Perth, Western Australia. Conventional drugs did not help, so he looked for the cause into the chemistry of plants. He realized that plants in that area were rather mineral deficient. Knowing that boron aids calcium metabolism in plants he decided to try it. He started taking 30 mg of borax a day, and in three weeks all pain, swelling and stiffness had disappeared.

>He told public health and medical school authorities about his discovery but they were not interested. However, some people with arthritis were delighted as they improved. Others were scared to take something with a poison label on the container and meant to kill cockroaches and ants. Eventually he had tablets made with a safe and effective quantity of borax.

>Within five years and only by word of mouth he sold 10,000 bottles a month. He could no longer cope and asked a drug company to market it. That was a major mistake. They indicated that this would replace more expensive drugs and reduce their profits. It so happened that they had representatives on government health committees and arranged that in 1981 Australia instituted a regulation that declared boron and its compounds to be poisons in any concentration. He was fined $1000 for selling a poison, and this successfully stopped his arthritis cure from spreading in Australia. (2)

>Subsequently he published several scientific papers on borax and arthritis. One was a double-blind trial in the mid 1980's at the Royal Melbourne Hospital which showed that 70% of those who completed the trial were greatly improved. Only 12% improved when on placebo. There were no negative side-effects, but some reported that their heart ailment had also improved, and there was better general health and less tiredness. (3)

I had really bad problems with my joints in my hands. I read some meme bullshit, tried it out and it actually worked.

Drink more water
Take fish oil
Give up artificial all sweeteners

I have no more joint problems. I can do things which I would have never dreamed of ten years ago like rock climbing or deadlifts.

i had to look it up
