Wrong. You can have herpes, gonorrhea, HIV, etc. and be asymptomatic. You can get herpes and gonorrhea simply from kissing someone. Condoms aren't 100% effective. I always used one and still got HSV-1 and gonorrhea. I've had zero symptoms from them.

Stop spreading this myth. Gonorrhea, herpes, etc. can thrive in the mouth. You can wear condoms all you want but skin-to-skin contact in general (especially kissing) can still spread these infections.
