Legitimately my favorite exercise. I get a crazy delt and trap pump. Since I started doing them the Athlean-X way and quit doing upright rows my shoulder issues have all gone away.

I understand that it causes constant tension, but it doesn't make you go with the full range of motion, which is important.

1. Up.
2. Half down.
3. Back up.
4. Full down.
It basically jams a half rep inside the full rep, it's not a series of just half reps.
