Do you get upset if others finish your words/sentences? I had a friend who stuttered and I'd just wait for them to finish on their own because I worried I'd offend them if I finished their words.
I didn't mind waiting, they were fun to talk to, but I'm just curious your opinion on the matter.

On the other hand, strain yourself to change what you can for the better. It will be ok.

But how.. I know of 2 ways to pronounce R - rolling tongue front in mouth (like Slavs and Spanish / Portuguese ) or in the back of the throat (proper English and Dutch)
