Currently at a 500 cal/day deficit cut. But I had my first big cheat meal in a couple of months tonight:

double-patty cheeseburger
tater tots
deep-fried cheese curds
beer

I'm estimating about 1300 calories for the whole thing.

Using MFP, I guessed half a pound of ground beef, the pint of beer, 4 oz of cheese curds, then added 300 cals because of random crap (e.g. breading on the curds, veggies in the burger, etc.). I also didn't eat half the bun of the burger. MFP guesses 1338 cals. So I'll go with that.

I'm about 800 cals short for the week, too.
