Should I just ignore my lower back pain and just squat and deadlift anyway?

yes

I did and im fine. just drop the weight down and do more reps.

Don’t fuck up your back. Consult a physician and take up swimming in the meantime.

you can't be this retarded, can you?

take a warm shower, and head to sleep.
relaxes the muscles.

if you need to lift, avoid anything that'd engage your lower back.

Thanks, I'll do this. I don't want to be a weak cunt like these cucks:

Lower back pain during squats and deadlifts means you have shitty form

watch this, it might be related to you:

most likely you tweaked your back, or you have some doms

in any case you should continue lifting.

I wouldn't ignore back pain desu.

Next stop, Snap City

I'd rather be a soyboy than a cripple, homie

Why are you deadlifting and squating? Are you are powerlifter?

have fun having 0 gains

it's fun seeing you faggots take weeks off for any slight discomfort kek

This. OP is a faggot

Deadlifts have helped all my other lifts increase. Great for overall strength, faggot

I couldn't agree more.

nice meme

Mind your form and yes. I cured my lower back pain with heavy squats

Nigger wat. Nobody said take weeks off, they said rest your back for a day or two and still do other lifts that don't engage the back. Learn how to read you fucking faggot

>ctrl + f "rest your back for a day or two"

try harder soyabeanboy

Pull my little dick you twink

I am not a twink

please post evidence

not him but from my experience in the gym, those who do compound movements can perform more non bullshit pull ups & chin ups, curl more, skull crusher more, use the meme machines with more weight etc

This is the worst thread I’ve seen in months

no you fucking degenerate retard, consult a doctor, and do bodyweight shit or low weight deadlifts until it doens't hurt, deadlifts should NEVER hurt

also fix you form, which is probably garbage and it's how you fucked your back to begin with, what is your mistake OP? i'm sure you already have an idea of what were you doing wrong

>consult a doctor

i wonder who could be behind this

/COPE/

Maybe you're like me and the only things that's fucking your back is your bed?
I got one of those Japanese futons and now it's not a problem anymore.

if you EVER have any pain or DOMS in your abs/lower back then they are extremely WEAK and you are going to have an injury sooner or later

lower back/abs should never be sore/tired/exhausted no matter how much you train them because they should be one of the strongest muscles on your body

train both of them everyday or you will be eventually injured

>lower back pain
lel, i bet you still flex and extend your spine during lifts rather than holding it isometrically with a valsalva maneuver. u probably do crunches and hyperextenions which condition you to avoid the valsalva maneuver and to flex/extend your spine. u totally need to flex/extend your spine because that's how you lift stuff up right? be flexing articulating your spine? and isometrics like planks and bridges don't work the muscles entire range of motion, so they're inferior? lel

No. Give up lifting and focusing on keeping your bull happy.

>No. Give up lifting and focus on keeping your bull happy.

Yes, OP. Just ignore it. Despite pain literally being defined as
>usually localized physical suffering associated with bodily disorder (such as a disease or an injury)
being in pain doesn't mean you are injured and continuing to do strenuous exercise definitely won't injure you further. Why see a doctor when you can roll the dice and hope you don't blow your back out in order to hit that 1pl8 squat you've been praying so hard for?

if you are lifting heavy,
and the pain is really stopping you from doing other things even after three days since your last work out.
you should have a rest, and begin again in the next week with less intensity so as to build up

if it is only a small pain that is gone in a day
you should lift a little more but with good form to prevent your body from atrophy

little work out
next day is sore
day after that better than if you had not worked out

big work out
day after is fine
day after that is a little sore
third day >FARRRRRRKKKKKKKKK cant move

>see doctor
>doctor says to never load the bar with anything ever
>just use machines, lightly
>also drink this soy and take these drugs
>t. Dr Weinstein
