Chad?

that part confused me because I don't focus on bench at all. Klokov is my goal body and he focuses on OHP because bench unbalances the upper body.

when I bench I mostly due it for arm strength and will vary between regular width and close grip, everytime elbows at 45* from torso and pausing on my chest for a second or two.

Do you do flys? They build pecs fast

if there is a shorter, funnier and chill version of Chad then yes, I pull different chicks often by being fit and not autistic

yes I have started doing then recently for my bench accessories.

Chad is calm, confident and funny, and not always particularly tall, you may be Chad fren

b-but I'm not as stupid as CHAD

That could explain it fren

My friend, Brad is stupid, Chad has his limits but he finds solutions to them

How is this for 7 months while losing 25 kgs?

Attached: Untitled.jpg (1140x2701, 376K)

I'd be incredibly happy with that, good job user

thnx bb

these threads depress me.
everyone a green man after a couple of months lifting.
have you all been football players before you started?

Lots of people have muscle memory as a result of previous but lost gains

Don't worry fren, soon you will join them

what are your current lifts, user?
and are you a skinnyfag or a fatfuck?

2months shoulder rehab + 2months srs lifting after bike crash 2017 summer

i think most people post current lifting period not the total (including off lifting breaks)

Attached: sym.jpg (952x760, 160K)

i'm not green.
i only just got to blue after 2.5 months as a NYR fag

these I'm and I took a year off, gained 30 kgs, cam back and was back to my previous lifts numbers in two weeks

One year lifting. 6 foot 4 215 pounds.
I know I'm slower than most but whatever, I'll be big eventually.

Making progress

you might want to change this setting

I was a skinnyfat twink when I started lifting in like 2014.
Was around 70kg with zero muscles @ 185cm.
I bulked up to 78kg within the first 6 or 7 months and had pretty decent lifts.
pic related was after like 1 year of lifting.
Then got gf in 2015, moved country, stress with studying and life in general and barely hit the gym. Mostly tried to keep muscles.
Got heavily demotivated in 2017 and got fat over the summer. Now I am back at it again. 5 times a week, slowly building up strength again.
currently at 87kilo @ 185.
Arms and shoulders are popping honestly, but I don't even squat, DL or OH at the moment. Mostly trying to gain mass before I start my diet in May. But compared to my weight, my lifts are shit.

Attached: ZP10lma.png (1102x978, 355K)

Body pic pls

so you are not doing squat, DL or OH and not eating a proper diet
and then wonder why you are not green

Finally becoming all green

Attached: almost green man.png (1366x768, 244K)

Keep going senpai, you'll make it

You're back on the path user, your penance has been paid

Start diet in April tho

How long fren? I wish to be green too

Can you guys please post THE EXERCISES you are putting in? Because this site works this way: you avoid putting in your shitty clen number/your unweighted dips, and you go from novice to intermediate in no time.

Finally got my first spec of green intermediate, liftan for 2 months now.

That's not green wtf

Your routine is ohp, incline bench and deadlifts?

do breasts really have worms in them??

Learn to estimate as you get more experienced, for example I know my bench 3rm is gonna be about 5kg more than my 5rm, never tested a 1rm but its probably another 5kg more than that

Slowman here, cutting is doing wonders for my colors.

t. LARPing faggot

I started from atrophy and it took me about two years to get to blue, counting all the time I fucked around at the gym, time it took me to fix my diet, rotator cuff injury, etc.
It probably only took me 6 months to get significant improvement once I had proper sleep/diet and followed a real program.

26 yo, 5'11", 172 lbs
in and out of the gym for ~10 years, currently on two months of greyskull after a hiatus. always been a weakfag, but making some pretty solid gains on GSLP.

How come most of you have been lifting less than a year and have intermediate/ advanced lifts? I've been been in 3 different gyms and have never seen a beginner moving big weights.

idk ive been lifting seriously since the start of last autumn and ive been caring for my diet for a month now, deadlifted 140kg at bw 67 a few days ago

this poster here:
like I said, been in and out for years. muscle memory is real. I'm basically back at my peak, I hit a squat PR last week. not sure if you even mean me though.

99% of people at gyms are fucking around.
I haven't even seen anyone deadlift at my gym ever. Saw a few people do Romanian deadlifts with light weights and that's it.

>worms

user, that's called adipose tissue.

2 months in nearly blue man

Attached: pohpby.png (688x620, 260K)

Absolutely filled with worms.

bench just got novice

Attached: symetrical.jpg (543x613, 45K)

Fat old fuck attempting to get Veeky Forums novice, so nothing impressive at all. Just started lifting 3 or so weeks ago doing the 5x5 meme.

I would squat more but my legs are so under developed I start to fall back at weight higher when I attempt to go atg.

Hopefully I can get like some of the charts posted here if I keep at it every other day.

only been lifting for 2 weeks so it could be worse

Idk if this is right, I did strict pendlay rows for the first time today and am already advanced?

2 years lifting, very strict diet, horribly depressed comparing my lifts to others. I'm obviously doing something wrong but can't seem to get a clear answer of what it is.
Hell, I don't even know what questions to ask. I'm just lost.

Attached: not good.png (2615x1256, 255K)

How is your form? Once I hit the 1K club, I pretty much started from scratch and reworked all of my big lifts and find myself breaking through plateaus even while cutting.

There's a person at my gym who squats 380 and deadlifts 5pl8.
One day I got incredibly frustrated and decided I was going to ask him what the fuck was wrong with my form.
His first words to me was "Yo, I've been watching you lift. Most people here don't take their workouts seriously but your form is some of the best I've seen, great job."
That made me feel so fucked up.

>almost 4pl8 dl
>still intermediate
how fat are you?
>2 years lifting, very strict diet
how fucking fat were you 2 years ago?!

I’ve been at intermediate for everything for three years now. Just kill me.

195lbs
Used to be 180.

A 380lbs deadlift is not impressive at all

Especially after two years. You don't even need to give a fuck about diet to get better than that.

Pathetic.

Teal, brehs.

Attached: lift man.png (875x753, 412K)

I'd love any advice to get better, I've been lost for how to improve but can't find any answers in the sticky.

fucking manlets man i swear

this is me I squat like 60 lb more and I Am still intermediate because I am 6'6''

Read the sticky

Eat big, get big, c'mon

Kind of surprising that it doesn't account for height issues with squat/deadlift.

That or you weigh like 250+

SS

I weight 225lb exactly so I am a skelly at my height but the site acts as if height doesn't matter. A 6'0'' guy at 225 has more muscle than I do, for example.

For some reason I felt like they had an input for height but I just double checked and there's nothing.

Seems like one hell of a glaring issue.

Raw onions

I'm pretty sure they used to have a height input I don't if or when they removed it

Started 20 days ago (ppl). Deadlift is lower because i'm afraid of injuries. Only did it once and could've lifted more for sure.

What could explain my higher overhead press?

Attached: symmetryS.jpg (900x1112, 288K)

hey, hon'. next time leave the heavy lifting to us guys, okay? don't want ya hurtin' yourself is all...

jesus christ sucks to be you man. Is your bmi below 20?

Don't worry about this shit mate, you just started.

1m82 for 76 kg. Already added 10 kgs to my bench press... I have noodle for arms. 5 years ago I was weighing 58kg. My arms were literally non-existent like a 12 years skinny old girl (literally, not even exaggerating).

With those stats you shouldn't really be worried about any imbalances, like a somewhat higher ohp. Keep on adding weights, eating/sleeping enough and don't be afraid of deadlifting. Focus on your form and you won't get injured with that weight
