How the fuck do you deadlift 1pl8?

How the fuck do you deadlift 1pl8?

> How do I division by 2
2x10s and a 2.5

a pl8 is 45lbs
the bar is 45lbs

hair go when you squat the bar, you are squatting 1pl8

Ok, I risk getting trolled here... But 1pl8 = 45lbs/20kg on BOOTH sides.

You do not count the bar.

90lbs on BOOTH sides = 2pl8

45lbs-------45lbs-------45lbs = 1pl8
90lbs-------45lbs-------90lbs = 2pl8

> he counts the bar

>You do not count the bar.

Are you blind m8?

You don't count the bar and then you count the total plates on it. So a 2 plate bench is 90lbs. Read the sticky nerds.

>booth

>he doesn't use a squatting booth

Fuck me, I'm never gonna make it.

You do count the bar. 1pl8 is a 135 lb lift. The only people that say you don't count the bar are people that are so shit at math that they are afraid they will do the addition wrong and sound retarded.

>he counts the bar

Lmao1pl8 = 135 lbs

1 plate is 20kg plate on either side of the bar
this is so fucking simple I literally dont understand how anybody can not get it
a plate is 20kg
one plate means one plate on either side of the bar. sure there are actually two plates in the equation but jesus christ stfu

>Count the bar

>dyels making fun of people who count their weight properly

> not counting your bodyweight minus the bar

>this many people commenting on an obvious bait thread
I'm convinced nobody on this board actually lifts
and, read the sticky

>they lift the bar
lmao at newfags, just lift the plates without the bar, retards

>not calculating air resistance

Just pick it up

Air resistance is quadratically related to speed, unless you do cross-fit you should be fine.

you grab the bar closer to the plate obviously, work on your oblique muscles if it's still difficult

1pl8 is 45lb, so 1pl8 is just the bar without any pl8. If you are going to count the bar at least be consistent with your math.

That's why the standard is 4 plate. Deadlift is too hard to perform with an odd number of plates, unlike squat where the bar is resting on your back.

It gets easier as you go up. 5 plate has a smaller proportional imbalance than 1 plate or 3 plate

>risk getting trolled here
>BOOTH sides
>do not count the bar.

>Counting the first pl8

A one plate deadlift is 225 lbs, cause the bar in a deadlift starts at 135 lbs.

GIVE ME THE SAUCE

>1pl8 is with 0pl8s

Wait. Should I count my arms too?? What about my gshock? If I’ve been doing this wrong I’m going to be so mad.

Body weight doesn't mean your body's weight on the bar, jackass.

>he waits for the moon and sun to be lined up to be directly overhead so he can "claim" he lifts heavy

Remember if you lift when the sun and moon are both pulling the weight it doesnt fucking count
