The perks of being 6'3 with 6'7 arm span. What do I have to do to increase the thickness of my arms? They are barely 16" but I get pissed when seeing them from the front.
Either they're shit or I have body dysmorphia. Either way I want them bigger.
Any other lankets got some useful advice?

Your definitely have some dysmorphia going on.

But the trick to arm thickness isn't biceps, it's triceps. Specifically the lateral head. Tricep push downs are great for the lateral head.

I think your real problem is having more mass in your arms than your glutes.

reps reps reps

dips for reps (100-200 per workout)
chinups/pullups for reps (50-100 per workout)
10+ rep bench/press sets
10+ rep rows sets

I'm 64, 68 armspan, 17.5 arms, you need to work on your triceps, do arm isolations at least twice a week in addition to the other primary lifts.

I know, my triceps is actually quite strong but my arms still look the way they do
Arched back, my shirt goes straight back from my back down to my ass, but my ass is tilted forwards. But yea my ass is still lacking, I'm working on it.

fellow 6’2 lanklet here with 15-16” lean arms. We have really similar body types and I agree. My arms look small as fuck from thr front but so much bigger from the side. Doing a lot of rope/single arm pushdowns and hitting triceps hard will help a lot

my arms have gotten thick by doing this

3 sets of a lateral head tricep movement (rope pushdowns)
3 sets of a long head tricep movement (two handed dumbell extensions)
3 sets of a full bicep movement (dumbells curls)
3 sets of a brachialis movement (hammer curls

on top of your compounds those give you a full arm development. pick your own if youd like but they are my personal favorites.
