You should try power yoga (aka Ashtanga). That shit is a pretty hardcore body weight workout if you're being instructed properly. My girl is an instructor and she got me started on my whole Veeky Forums journey. Only problem with power yoga is that you will never gain size, just endurance and tone.

Keep going to yoga. Especially hot yoga. It will make you better at sex. Be consistent and start to befriend the instructor and the people who go at the same time, this usually happens naturally if you aren’t a total creep and have basic social skills. Once you have a few friends in the class it won’t cone off as weird to randomly approach the girl(s) you are interested in
