Any taller user with long legs doing squats for a longer period, is it worth it? I tried them in the beginning but my ROM was absolute shit and I heard that your spine compresses when squatting heavy, making you 2-3cm shorter. And your knees go to shit too.

yeah, my lats suck.
I had to stop deadlifting a long time ago because my wrist was fucked up. I'm slowing starting back since I bought my straps. God, I wish I had started using them 3 years ago but for some stupid reason always looked down to them.

I don't follow a strict routine but my stats are:
deadlift: 3 plates, 5 reps 3 sets (started doing them again 2 weeks ago, before that I was using the hex to deadlift)
OHP: 2 plates, 5 reps 3 sets
squat: 3 plates, 10 reps 3 sets
bench: 120 pounds, 8 reps 3 sets (I only use dumbels for chest routines)

as a protocol from the old BJJ days when I used to compete, I always give it a 60-90 sec rest between each set.

I also do a intense 20 minutes bike warm up before all my workouts. I hit the gym 4-5 times per week.

I'm also running 7-10 miles 2 times a week.

any ideas on how I can improve those lats in 2 months?

Even better that u don't follow a strict routine, this way you can make adjustments to your training easily. What I suggest is increase frequency, as much as you can within your recoverable volume. Ditch other body parts and put them in maintenance mode if they interefe with increased back training frequency. Always prioritize back training in your schedule. Hit them first , hard when most rested. Small efforts like this, accumulate overtime and would definitely wield an improvement in your back. My gymbro had dyel arms, he put his chest and back on maintenance for a couple of months and started hitting arms up to 3 , something 4 times a week and had huge improvement.

I'd guess 16-17% or so, but that lighting isn't doing you any favours and possibly hiding your true definition.

Don't worry about rolls when sitting, that will always happen and you're the only one who cares. That said, they're minimised once you get rid of lower ab fat, which happens around 12% depending on genetics.
