Please recommend me a new routine

Please recommend me a new routine. Been on greyskull for 3 months with shit results. Thinking about starting a 4 day upper lower split. I want to squat, bench, OHP, and a barbell row or some other back exercise(s) 2x per week each to hopefully speed up my progress. Ideally something with some gay curls and other arm leg accessories because they make me feel better about myself. Is there such a thing or should I just make my own routine?

What do your lifts look like?
If you have intermediate/advanced lifts, then a novice program will not work for you.
I want to squat, bench, OHP, and a barbell row or some other back exercise(s) 2x per week each to hopefully speed up my progress

You see this kind of thinking will not help you if you an advanced lifter. You are basically saying "I want to get stronger".
Evaluate your lifts and pick a specific goal and stick to it for the next three months.
