Are you kids even trying?

simple will get you far, kid

>he doesn't use non-standard models of arithmetic to calculate dips

Interesting. I'll look into this.

>simple will get you far, kid
In the age of big data? Who are you kidding? Look, it's very simple: the data is there, the models are there, some people will use it, buy a yacht and hire a bunch of bitches, while the rest can go to peanuts hell. Not knowing any better is one thing. Ignorance, however...

>He doesn't know of quasi-parabolic Markov probability models and their applications in studying chaotic activity such as market trading

Do you intend to remain penniless eternally?

>not using dynamic linear models to determine regression shrinkage on leveraged bitcoin future swaps while minimizing volatility using a ergodic markov model with multivariate kernel smoothing

doesn't matter because you can't actually cash anything out so the "gains" are just entertainment

BTC is just a videogame where you pay as much as you want

I have no idea what the fuck that means. I am so happy I stopped trading.

also japs. Fuckers like silly games. Oh well, good for them.

Derivatives certainly are enhanced with quantitative approaches. But, I find getting too mathsy-watsy about human behavior, in financial markets, to be overkill. Unless of course other people are doing roughly the same thing, in which case you can play on the self-fulfilling prophecy.

>he doesn‘t go all in on memes

>implying Sir Newton an idiot (geek/specialist)
you know kid, there is a reason that throughout history there always was the inventor and the entrepreneur. It's a dreamteam. Inventors on their own were left to starve with their brilliant (but unpractical) inventions, and as for the entrepreneur, the art of making shekkels out of thin air hasn't been perfected back then, and even now, a good invention makes things ever so easier.

there's a "wasn't" missing up there. Eh... you'll fiure it out by yourself.

But OP, it's so much funner to envision yourself as a General leading your soldiers (each individual dollar) into battle against the market. Forming alliances, backstabbing, deception. To approach it from a psychological manner is so much more interesting. Although, it's much harder to have variables and metrics to monitor, and measure, and compare with that approach. I get it :)
