We're fucked
The End of Net Neutrality Means ISPs Will Crack Down on Cryptocurrencies
good
americans shouldn't even have rights to begin with
this would affect only americucks, right?
americucks don't even care about bitcoin, go eat a bigmac instead
basicly
America invented the internet lol
eh
So? How is that relivent in any sort of way? lol
a vpn would solve this right?
If only there was some way to decentralise the internet....
Everyone thinking this only affects America has a big suprise in coming.
Why would you say this? I'm a burger but can't help I was born here. I hate fat fucks and the government and normies
agreed
So ISPs will decide on this. In other words, any ISP that blocks bitcoin sites will lose customers. Wow. That was fucking hard to figure out!
>Implying any area in the US has more than one or two options
how many ISPs are there in your area?
you fucking idiot ISPs control the cables that keep the internet working
unless sub plans on putting in their own infastructure (hint: no chance) ISPs can block it just like anything else
use your brain...
pissed about this. yet another reason why the keyboard warriors that support Trump are retards (for those who don't know, he appointed Ajit Pai as head of the FCC, which is now about to repeal the net neutrality rules)
This is good for Monero.
So the first of the two which start offering mining absolutely destroys their only competitor.
>doesn't know ISPs are regional monopolies
Isn't net neutrality a 2014 rule ?
Didn't the internet exist before that in America ? God I hate reddit
But then again I'm from Jewrope so I don't care, you faggots can drown for all I care
>Vice
No, net neutrality was the policy of the FCC even before 2014, even though the term hadn't been popularized yet. There were several FCC actions against ISPs that tried to throttle certain cites before 2014.
>"experts" worry...
>"experts" warn...
Reminder that the experts have been saying bitcoin is finished since $1000
...
If only...
>theoretically they could do this
>someone does it
>brings attention to crypto
>more investment in Crypto
>now a market incentive to not do that
Problem solved, next question pls
