i'm stupid, i get it now, most alts are paired only with bitcoin, not fiat directly, or it's at least the greatest trading volume. so if bitcoin flash crashes, satoshi price of alts do not instantly change, so if you start looking at fiat dollar price of alts, they crash just as hard as bitcoin at that moment.
