with 100x you have 1% equity and any dolphin deciding to take a quick dump will drive price that much down in an instant without a chance of your stop loss triggering
add to that fact that with x100 your position is probably relatively huge meaning it will take a lot of order book to close it, and a bigger chunk of buy walls is going to be always further then 0.5%
