P&P systems have setting with NPCs and often also sample characters as PC stand-ins. Plenty of room for waifus.

Think it's just cannon that the iconic Wizard messes around with polymorphs. Most of what I've seen of Seoni's renditions point her out as an evocation blasty specialist.

I am 100% in favor of more badass ladies in 40k, I even have a Sisters army, but they are few and far between.

I would love it if GW actually made female guardsmen models, or updated guardsmen period. At least Victoria exists. As pointed out, 40K is largely a hyper masculine dude with a bunch of huge guys hacking each other to death for various reasons.
