Pretty sure everyone who likes Selous knows this well. Of course the blacks were trained by the whites in the first place. It was actually a very good example of "diversity" in action.

They didn't lose, you idiot. Read the history. They won, then were strong-armed and convinced by the Brits to hand over the country to their enemies in the name of "peace". Said enemies - mainly Mugabe - then turned around and stabbed them in the back, killed and jailed any blacks who actually did want peace and equality, and the Brits of course just walked away and didn't care.
