Infinity is a 28mm scale skirmish game by Corvus Belli where space knights get into fights with space samurai, space muslims, space gypsies, space werewolves and space aliens.
Vallejo and P3 are better IMO. More bang for buck and less chalky.

Stupid question, but what music they used in Red Veil trailer?
Thomas Barnes
No, that could not be Penthesilea. This picture is Nomad black propaganda.

I know /ig/ is not a fan of scans... But this one. If there will be an Artbook 2, I hope it will have this as a print.
Dominic Lewis
Did he looking for Francis?
Ryder Morgan
It would work if it was Señor Massacre.
Ryan Davis
Well the guy looks like Senor Massacre
Jose Turner
It *is* Señor Massacre. Also Francis is working for ALEPH.
Jaxson Robinson
Top fucking kek, bravo CB!

Is there any pictures of Human Sphere spaceships, did they had small personal ships like Slave-1? Also, any advices about using Father Lucien Sforza (because he's looking fuckingawesome)

Bumpan. What was your best or funniest Booty roll?

Sniperbike was a holy terror. I barely ever use the ABH, and rolled bike a grand total of once. Now go and make the bike a actual option, CB, the model is too pretty to collect dust for years.
Aiden Fisher
>maverick on two bikes in "Firefight"
Brandon Martinez
How would you use a sniperbike? That's one profile where I'd probably stay dismounted, especially if I put her somewhere up high. I know she has two breaker pistols, but that does not seem good enough to justify forgoing ARO duty. Spitfire bike would be amazing. Although a 20 pts Spitfire is good on it's own, before a possibility of a bike, additional ARM or Mimetism/ODD. Might be a nice unit for 200 pts.
Bentley Johnson
Not mine but McMurrough with ODD. He got an HMG soon after.
Andrew Gray
So in HSN3 stun and T2 ammo is now labeled as exotic, does that mean Total Immunity doesn't protect against it anymore?
Evan Jones
I don't get this.
Noah Powell
In the Deadpool movie the antagonist's bad guy name is Ajax, but his real name is Francis. They say it a lot

Oh, okay. I didn't watch that movie

I'm feeling the urge to make an Aleph army of nothing but cuties.
Blake Parker
We've done that before, making playable, if not optimal, lists made up of nothing but cutie gals. Nomads was the easiest (Riot Grrl or Moira links + remotes), but there's others.
Dylan Nelson
Just painted my first infinity minis and the result is pretty horrible, as expected desu. The few specificly infinity related tutorials that use a brush weren't really of good quality either. At least there aren't that many of them.
Jonathan Murphy
Where can I learn more about the fluff for this game? Nomads look pretty interesting, but I'd like to know more about them and the setting in general before I buy anything.
how do I build a jsa list with Mushashi, saito togan and Kitsune? also, how old is the yojimbo model? I don't want to get him and then a rescuilpt is released.
Chase Taylor
newb question and sorry if this falls a little into off topic. first. how much might cost me to asemble a full army/squad for an infinity game? second, how does infinity compares to, for example, Deadzone? (also do Infinity have something like the Forge Fathers from deadzone?)
Joshua Smith
Well, funny part that he have almost the same face.
Wyatt Rodriguez
It really depends, if you want the cheapest route in, it's a starter box, and a blister and that will get you to at least 150 points, so it's around 60AUD. 150 points you can play and have fun with easily. If you have a mate, and you can split a box, grab icestorm or red veil, and that'll set you back 110AUD in total, and you'll both have around 170-185 points. If you want to play 300 points, then you can get there really cheaply, usually around another $50.
So around 110AUD you'll get a 300 point army.
Ian Myers
Yojimbo is a very new miniature. He wont be resculpted.
Depending on the faction, an army can cost 100-200usd for a standard size army. Of course, more when you add to your collection.
Sorry, I'm not familiar with deadzone. Also there are no dwarves in this game
Blake Wilson
>Sorry, I'm not familiar with deadzone. Also there are no dwarves in this game Despair.
>100-200usd that's... a considerable amount. seriously need to think about this.
thanks for for the answers.
Henry Ortiz
>ninjas and samurai list That's... not a great idea. Firstly, melee is a suboptimal choice, even in JSA. Haramaki links quite good for a reason. Particularly, I would strongly recommend taking only one between mushashi, saito, and kitsune.
Mushashi's actually not very good; he's very deadly once he gets to melee, but he doesn't have any good ways of getting there. 6-4's a good start, and WIP15 flash pulse is... interesting, but only ARM 1 on an effective 2W unit isn't fantastic. 24 points gets you a TR bot or a MSV2 spitfire bot, or Yuriko Oda. Consider Neko Oyama or a Shikami instead.
Saito and Kitsune have a lot of overlap, and if you're not expecting to cut up a Jotum, it might be prudent to just take Saito. He's a bit less effective, but is still pretty good where it counts.
Chase Ross
So it turns out my Aleph starter pack comes out to 160 points and no SWC points. According to 1d4chan I should aim for 300 points and 6 SWC points.
I feel like picking up another Asura might be a good idea? They seem pretty boss.
Kayden Campbell
that is a good amount to start at. 300 points is its for turny play
Luis Lee
> I should aim for 300 points and 6 SWC points. 300 points is a standard list and you get 1 SWC per 50 points, so at 300 you get 6 SWC.
>another Asura While they're quite awesome, they're also expensive. Here are some other considerations that you should keep in mind:
1) At 300 points you need a *minimum* of 10 orders for a full combat group. You'll probably want to aim for a few more (in a separate group). Maintaining your "action economy" through order efficiency is very important. So it's nice to balance expensive units with cheap order-generating ones. For ALEPH that means padding lists with Netrods and Yudbots.
2) Lots of people skip over the generic remotes and robots that (almost) every faction gets. Truth is, they have great value on the tabletop, offering cheap, reliable solutions to various problems and providing orders.
3) If you are thinking of doing tournaments or ITS missions in the future, keep in mind that killing your foe is usually secondary to completing mission objectives. Which means you'll need specialists rather than just killy units. Typically 4 specialists units per 10 orders is fairly standard these days.
Leo Jones
Its 100-200 for something you will get dozens of hours of enjoyment out of if you like the game.
Gavin Bell
This is good advice.
Jaxson Nguyen
I'll keep reading the rules and finish my 6 starter set minis before I run off and buy more. Thanks guys!
Gavin Diaz
Eh, I normally wouldn't take multiple Asuras. They're expensive and order hungry in a faction with a lot of expensive units. Myrmidons, remotes and/or infiltrators are a good place to start.
Yudbots don't generate orders.
Juan Cook
Aleph noob here, what rule makes Yudbots not generate orders? Comparing them to Dakinis the only difference I see is they are Support Troops?
Brody Ross
Their skill states it.
Owen Moore
A ha! Found it. "The Doctor/ Engineer and the Remote only provide a single Order to the Orders Reserve and both are activated with only one Order."
Nolan Russell
This Special Skill that allows a Doctor or an Engineer to operate or repair by tele-presence through a Remote. Only figures with the Doctor or Engineer Special Skillcan use Remotes with Ghost: Servant. Before the battle starts it is compulsory to determine which figure will control each Servant Remote, which cannot be used by any other miniature.
The Doctor/ Engineer and the Remote only provide a single Order to the Orders Reserve and both are activated with only one Order. It is mandatory both figures belong to the same Combat Group where they count as a single figure. A Doctor/ Engineer can have more than 1 Servant Remote, but he can only activate them one by one, applying the other rules considerations. Meanwhile, the other Remotes will be inactive.

Can I heal 2 different people with doc and his servant?
Jaxon King
Did Firefight with the weapon panoplies in the middle. Had an HI link snag a person carrying dual HMGs in a link (B6!?), and another HI now on a motorcycle.
Jace Richardson
The servant and controller must perform the same skills, but it's not compulsory that they have the same target.
Leo Lopez
Dire foes when?
Isaac Rogers
Ajax and Mr. Massacre are already separate miniatures. What would be the point of repackaging them together? Besides Thrasymedes and Lupe are already the DFs for SP and CJC.
Wyatt Wright
G: Servant and Doctor and Engineer Special Skills Thanks to this Special Skill, a trooper with G: Servant can cancel the Unconscious state of another trooper, recover STR points, and perform all the capabilities of the Doctor and Engineer Special Skills, even though they lack them. However, when using this Special Skill, it will be the Doctor/Engineer who makes the corresponding Roll. Players cannot apply the Doctor/Engineer Special Skills to diffrent targets in the same Order. The Doctor/Engineer Special Skills can only be applied to one target per Order. The G: Servant trooper must meet all respective requirements to use the Doctor/Engineer Special Skills remotely
Colton Morris
>Odalisque AVA:2
Better try QK, you can put 5 Odalisques and 3 Hafza posing as odalisques in a 5 models core and 3 model Haris.
Nolan Watson
Ah. You right. disregard. While they don't have to have the same target, they do for Special Skills like Doctoring/Engineering
Aaron Sanchez
>What would be the point of repackaging them together? A specific scenario for them. It'd be fun to have a specific Corregidor vs ASS scenario with those two. The one from Dire Foes is not really about fighting, strangely enough.
Joseph Anderson
Why chimera looks so glad?
Angel Rivera
Why wouldn't she be? It's probably her night off and she has a fancy green drink. Although considering she's in uniform maybe she went in with the blonde Moderator and she's just having fun watching her partner trying to restrain Massacre. Like when they went in he, afraid of the mayhem she may cause, said to her "easy girl, I got this", not knowing who was throwing people around. She might jump in after he admits he needs her help.
Christian Watson
>Moderator and she's just having fun watching her partner trying to restrain Massacre. >Someone from Bakunin trying to restrain someone
Mason Moore
I mean, that's literally the Moderators' job descriptions. They restrain the rest of Bakunin so that the ship doesn't violently explode.
Julian James
It's also insanely lower than the buy-in for practically any other table top game, except maybe X-Wing. If you were playing warhammer or flames of war, that probably wouldn't even get you the minimum, not to mention the costs in rulebook and tools
Juan Gonzalez
Speaking of Senor Massacre. Is he actually worth it? I love his model and it might swing me towards playing Corregidor over Bakunin for my first dabble into Sectorials. Was thinking of using that 2 Jaguar Haris he has access to.
Parker Roberts
why june release didnt up on shop?
Oliver Green
Mathematically he looks fun. In a Haris he gets a B4 Breaker Rifle and he's able to cut up most TAGs. In a purely aggressive role he's probably still outshined by McMurrough though.
Landon Ross
He's alright with Jaguars, but otherwise McWolfman is a better deal most of the time.
Jaxon Bailey
I never see McMurrough hit the table and there are 4 nomad players in my area. I don't play nomads but I would take El Señor more often then McDoggie. Silhouette 2, eclipse grenades, and natural born warrior are nice and the Breaker Combi is really good.
2 chain rifle and regular smoke on a silhouette 6 model just isn't appealling and I think I naturally have 2 aro piece in every list i make that can deal with that and that's not preplanning for McMurrough either.
Angel Rivera
Yeah, Deadpool in a link is pretty awesome.
David Johnson
Who wins that fight?
Two natural born warriors. I would say it just comes down to dice, since EXP and EM weapons will probably end the fight in the first hit.
John Allen
> do really feel like playing > you buddy won't stop asking for a game > tfw this list i won by doing little to nothing
Ethan Jones
Bought operation icestorm today, I got two knight father guys instead of one and then the nomad exclusive, what do?
Chase Edwards
Haramaki are tough no doubt.
Smoke+MSV or camo within 16 takes down HMGs no problem. Or anything that can engage from outside 32, like a camo or linked sniper rifle. TR bots don't like hitting on 2s or 5s.
The Haramaki are more complicated. My usual approach is to try to ignore them with smoke or drop troopers and gut his army. If I have to engage them for the scenario, I send in hackers. If I don't have hackers I send in assault troopers to kill them, like Dog Warriors or Myrmidons. They die, but it only takes 4 wounds before they lose their SSl2. Then the same things that killed the TR bots can kill them.
I love lists like yours because it punished those dumbasses who say "20 orders hurr durr." 12-15 orders is the sweet spot because it lets you take the sort of tools that can deal with supremely defensive lists.
Kayden Edwards
1. Email CB about the mistake and they will send you a Reverend healer.
2. Enjoy your Father Knight duo, those guys are fucking awesome.
Luis Bailey
Mc Murder is a hand grenade your opponent has to deal with. Double chain rifle covers a huge amount of space, smoke/grenades on 19s, super mobile, and tough.
He's the kind of distraction that Corregidor doesn't really have otherwise.
Corregidor also doesn't have particularly exceptional ARO pieces outside of a fire team. The easy access to koalas helps assert board control in another way.
Eli Wright
Eww.
Just remember you can't put Yuriko in a fireteam while she has a Yaozao.
Personally I am more inclined to put your reaction pieces with your specialists since your HI provide their own orders and are just using them to move into position.
Your specialists are going to be more order hungry by comparison.
Yup, superjump is amazing to get him where the enemy doesn't want him.
Cooper Gutierrez
He plays ariadna and I made the list that way for dramatic effect.
Tyler Rivera
Fair enough.
Ariadna definitely has the tools, Paracommandos, Chaussuers, Spetznatz, etc. Plenty of smoke too.
Personally I don't play that way because it isn't effective in a lot of scenarios, and I prefer a more balanced list. But it is by no means overpowered.
Like most things in infinity it is brutally effective until you learn to counter it, which is by taking a balanced list, deploying effectively and using clever tactics to overcome bad dice rolls.
Benjamin Ramirez
Never wrote a wiki article, so may take me some time, but I'm currently writing up Steel Phalanx.
Andrew Murphy
The only way I've managed to get Mushashi into melee unharmed is by covering him in smoke every turn, which in JSA is... order thirsty.
