Gnomes are themselves the infertile offspring of halflings and elves. The claim that gnomes are a viable race of their own is a cover-up to hide the burgeon halfling sex trade in elven lands.

In the Dragonlance setting, yes, to the point that Half-Gnome was one the races statted in 3.5. It's also home to Half-Dwarfs, Half-Goblins and Half-Kender.

Other settings... anybody's call; nobody ever thinks about humans banging gnomes or halflings, no matter how much the females of the nonhumans have a tendency to be depicted as lolis or shortstacks.

No, but Gnome-Human relationships still happen.

Why? Because Gnomish vaginas can still accommodate large insertions, just like a human woman can accommodate a werewolf or orc dick.

They sure can in my magical realm, which is one in the same as my settings.
It was an adjustment, but my players are used to it at this point.

That's not bad, I thought I would get something worse. However, I do find it strange that I would get a 3 day ban for furry scat, but get banned for a week because I made a trump joke on a Veeky Forums thread about Sauron being a power-bottom.

Reminds me of the time that I mentioned that the BBEG (male human sorcerer) had an older mentor (female gnome wizard) who was really concerned about him.
Of course, the immediate reaction was that they were romantically involved, despite me not intending that.

In theory, but now Half-Gnome has ever convinced anyone to mate with them, so they have never been viable, despite the capability. By some sick twist of fate, the pairing brings out the worst in both species, creating horrendously ugly, very short, overly energetic and strangely insane runts.
