FYI I think our immediate goals should be developing shit to directly counter Skeller.

On top of the Super project, I believe we should invest heavily in magic.

Magic will give us two things: a way to stop Skeller (via closing the door OR openig the door of life) as well as providing us the samples to allow Humankind and Brood to coexist in Rizals future brood

A fate point is equal to an additional success. Thats why they can null crits because they get downgraded.

Unknown. There were efforts to force supers into being recorded but many supers resisted it. So the full concentration of supers among the populace was never truly confirmed.

There were but you almost never saw them together. Super soldiers were divided into small teams or squads followed by solo. Its extremely rare to see them in a higher concentration then that.

A super squad was widely known to be able to annihilate an army. A single super soldier could delay an army solo but it would take an entire team of them to quickly destroy it.

Super soldiers were created to make exemplarly soldiers so they had those traits or abilities most suited for it. There were actually quite the wide range of super soldier types because of just how old they are.

Superman would be considered op as fuark and would be a top ranking super most likely classified under Universal if he wasn't holding back otherwise it would be a Galactic or Planetary ranking. The hulk would be a bit below that.

DC supers are all over the place according to my in setting ranking system. Supers in my setting differ greatly though due to how they originally came about. Supers in my setting are actually very ancient due to certain reasons so they slowly became more common unlike other types with special abilities due to how their powers work.

According to Rizal technically the super gene is a myth and complete bullshit. Superpowers are not that simple and go very far back. If you want her to create some super powers that is tricky thing but not exactly impossible.

Super Brood already exists in the form of brood super strains according to both broodmother and Rizal.

Joy has stated that the delaying tactics are starting to prove not as effective.

Attempts to have Eco and Marty build something magical have failed utterly.

Attempts to train magi units has also failed miserably.
