Just to sate my curiosity, what happens if a Solar exalt breeds with a Dragon blooded exalt?

Run a business you never would have thought to try. I had a lot more fun being a tailor than I ever expected. Being a Baker was very satisfying too. But then, I like keeping my hands busy.

The kid will be a Solar Half-Caste or a Mortal with the potential to Exalt as a Dragon-Blooded.

It depends on who of the parents has the higher Essence. If Essence is tied, Solar takes primacy.

Firstly, a less salty thread .
Secondly, it depends on the setting and the Essence of the breeders. Higher Essence Solars produces more Half-Caste Dragonblooded can't produce Half-Caste save in particular settings allowable by the storyteller.

If the Solar has too high of a essence score you get a half caste Solar who can't be a Dragon Blooded. Vary sad.

What can half castes do?

Solar Half-Caste, who can't exalt as a DB... But who still has DB blood, and so their children can.

Or an ordinary mortal... Who has a very high chance of exalting as a DB.

They get a bit better than usual mortals from their inheritance.

Mainly they get the ability to learn their parents' Charms, up to Essence 3. But no Perfects or persistant defences.

I often fix things by subtly leveraging my powers to start up a business or charity that benefits my current jump.

Otherwise, I like to build things, like stone circles, 'ancient' dungeon complexes, giant statues, absurdly spacious sewers, 'haunted' houses, and other such things and lead people to them, and watch them have fun exploring and trying to explain their existence.

If you go Fae-Blooded, get all the Graces, and then go to the other Exalted jumps, getting a higher Essence score there....

I'm guessing I wouldn't be able to learn Essence 4+ Raksha Charms, but would I atleast count as Heart 3 if I'm Essence 5+?

I'd imagine that things would go rather well, although I must admit that I've never read the Redwall series and can't be certain about that. But I'd imagine that having eleven friendly badgers, especially ones that are trained warriors and ten of whom respawn a few days after being killed, wouldn't hurt. Kronig is a just man- er, badger- and even if they're suspicious of him at first, I'd imagine they'll at the very least tolerate him once they see his true colors.

I'm sort of thinking of reworking the disciplines in Vampire the Masquerade Bloodlines to read a bit less like game mechanics and a bit more like perks/abilities.

Anyway, jumpers, what sort of weapons do you usually use? I personally tend towards my fists due to ridiculous physical enhancements, but there's a huge variety of options available throughout the chain.

I think my concern with it is that it might run closer to the tabletop games and I guess someone might want to do a regular VtM jump at some point.

He was basically just a buff Raksha. Any Raksha can become one with high enough Essence and a good enough story.

Swords. They have a purity of purpose that axes and spears lack. And guns are generally useless to me anyway.

Gamer/Minion Master just uses his staff, and that's more as a focus for his magic than a weapon.

Speaking of weapons, I'm currently doing a new run and I'm having a bit of trouble with mine.

I pretty much always just Duct-Tape Fusion the shit out of all the weapons I get into one weapon and then rely on having at least one of them being able to shapeshift to make the thing a bit less ugly and a bit more concealable.

Previously I banked on the Shimo Staff from Xiaolin Showdown but I figure as it's not only made of ice by the time it's been combined that might not work.

Now my best idea for shapeshifting weapon is the Lotus Blade form Kim Possible. Seems to have a pretty broad remit (can turn into a phone) which is nice but in order to use it I'll have to take a 600 CP perk and then pull off the robbery about 5 jumps in. The heist is achievable, the perk though means I'd need a lot more drawbacks than I took.

Anyone got any ideas for shapeshifting weapons that are a little less painful to acquire?
