Can i access my coins that are obviously still on the blockchain somehow with this?
I can't find the wallet and i do not know the address.
But i have the wallet words for some reason.

Don't share the words with anyone or they're gone.
Download "Electrum" on your pc, run it, and press "restore from seed" when creating a new wallet.

If this doesn't work you'll probably have to download the Bitcoin GUI.
I don't know if Electrum uses the same private-key-from-seed-generator as Bitcoin GUI.

i opened it, used the seed option then bip39,
i think it created a wallet? not sure. its not connecting to any nodes yet. im not connected.

The thing is, 8 years ago block reward was 50 BTC, then halved to 25. So mining 0.3 BTC is hard to believe. Unless OP is confused about the timeline and used a mining pool later on.
