Move to Thailand and renounce citizenship

Hold your shit for 1 year without trading into fiat and you'll be fine. 0% taxes.
That's literally how it works here.

Türkenfinanzierer

so I can emigrate there to cash out? where's the catch?

That's gay as fuck though. I'm trading BCT and ETH and trading from coin to coin sucks ass.

coinatmradar.com/country/150/bitcoin-atm-netherlands/

So I can trade until I have 100.000 € in BTC and after 1 year I can withdraw without any taxes?

why? Is it taxable event in ger?

daytrading is taxable

yes Hans
make sure you pay your fair share so Achmed and Fatima can have more kids
its the right thing to do

No, if those trades you make until you have 100k are less than a year apart the profit from each respective trade is taxable

shut up mut or paki

Yes. That's how it works here. If you don't touch it for one year it's yours.

>where's the catch?
No strings attached.

You'll have to pay 25% to those brown people then, i guess. :^)

Fiat/Crypto is taxable, Crypto/Crypto isn't.

Also this. Everytime you make a Fiat/Crypto trade the "timer" resets.

Guess I'll have to work even hard so they can finance their stinky kebab store, huh?

How much is a greencard? Wasn't it something like invest 100k in Murrica and you get in?

if i trade with btc on an exhange but then lose a few and sell back to btc do i have to pay taxes and how do i know if i made some gains but lose em again and then trade back how many taxes to pay and how do they know?

1. Transfer Shitcoin into BTC
2. Order Gold for BTC
3. Wait until Gold arrives
4. Sell Gold locally

You pay fees, but at least no refugee benefits from it

Dies.

>bitcoin
>designed to break poor plebs out of the criminal banking syndicate
>biggest chance at financial freedom well see our lifetime
>virtually impossible for the government to tax you
>could just buy gold with BTC completely anonymously and legally and then sell it tax free after one year
>first question some germanfag asks is "how can I be a good goy and pay taxes?"

Fuck that. I'm um 450% from last month by coin hopping. If I would have bought and hold it would be way less than that.
Even after paying taxes I'll probably make more profit this way, so fuck it.

*I'm up 450%

Learn to read eternal faggot.

Holy fuck, I'm literally going to kill myself over this.

>328.275,91€
>45,09 %

How the fuck is this justifiable? I need to leave this country asap.

how did you do that ?
i lost money so i do not even have to pay tax, kek

then hold for 1 year you literal brainlet

Buy USDT

btc-echo.de/vanuatu-eine-vollstaendige-staatsbuergerschaft-fuer-44-bitcoin/

Sure, but documenting all transactions is a pain in the ass. If you make one mistake there you can get fucked over, hard.
I rather buy some coins I trust to be profitable in the long run and don't spend too much time worrying about money all the time.

you dont pay income tax and soli on investmentsyou absolute mongoloid
theres a thing called capital gains tax
and if you hold for over one year you dont pay any tax at all because muh speculative asset
jesus youre literaly sitting around thinking about how you could give more of your money away to brown people

WAAAAS?

I look for coins that are cheap (relatively low market cap), haven't been pumped recently and have upcoming events in the pipeline.
I park my money there wait until it moons, get out before it dumps and search for the next coin.
I might also rebuy the dip if it might moon again soon.

jaberkaberka donkl, roppenkoppen jawurbderb

move to switzerland... kek

its vat exempt

Hast Du so'n Automaten schon selber benutzt?

Was bedeutet Unterbrechung in diesem Fall?

Was bedeutet Unterbrechung in diesem Fall?

*seufz*

Nachzulesen hier: dejure.org/gesetze/EStG/23.html

CAN I DAY TRADE IN GERMANY WITH CRYPTO-CRYPTO EXCHANGES AND NOT BE TAXED?

USA IS TAXING PEOPLE FOR FUCKING TRADING CRYPTO-CRYPTO AND IT'S 49% IM ABOUT TO MOVE TO GERMANY PLEASE HELP

>PLEASE

Why would you move to Germany for that, we are even more socialist than the US. It's not taxable yet and won't be for quite some time I think, but it's coming for sure.

Nope, daytrading will be taxed. You have to hodl for a year to rake in taxfree gainz.

>USA IS TAXING PEOPLE FOR FUCKING TRADING CRYPTO-CRYPTO AND IT'S 49% IM ABOUT TO MOVE TO GERMANY PLEASE HELP

TL DR: no you can't

this is wrong and has been stated a gazillion times now in this thread
only cashing out into fiat is a taxable event
cryptos are considered speculative assets not currencies
so no you do NOT pay taxes on every trade

denmark then? or thailand? i have over $1MM in crypto and im not giving my shitty fucking government half of this. they havent done anything for me. i struggled my entire life, denied food stamps/housing

Nah, man. It's just the same here. For some reason some fags in this thread say crypto-crypto doesn't count, but it does. The only way to avoid being taxed is literally buying something and not touching it for a whole year. I thought the US had it better, but you need to pay even more.

I'm just reading up on this shit, there is no way to avoid it after you already earned it. Either you pay or they'll fuck you sooner or later.

Thailand would be too humid for my tastes, but you'd live like an actual king over there. No idea about laws in denmark.

But: you're in crypto, get creative. Set up a twitch stream and donate to yourself or some shit. Avoiding governing bodies is what this shit was made for.

Thanks Brudis.

Donating to yourself to avoid paying taxes? Can it be this easy?

Or you can have a fishing accident.

you are simply wrong
trading one speculative asset for another is not a taxable event. there is no realized profit
if that was the case youd have to pay taxes on trading panini football cards.
only cashing out is a taxable event
we had a lawyerfag here on biz confirm this btw

just move to a country with no capital gains tax
theres plenty of them

Fishing accident? I don't get it...

I don't know dude, you'd have to read up on taxation on donations then. DYOR as we like to throw around here. There are infinite ways to avoid taxation I'd say. If you have the funds to travel and leave shit behind, you're free basically.

This is literally money laundering and FAR worse than tax evasion.

Donate to my wallet and I'll guide you through the process

No, that's correct for Germany, go ask a tax advisor. That's what mine told me as well.

And you better pay your taxes. They take that stuff serious.

*Burgern
*eigenem

O..OK. Bbut I got only 2 bitcoins, so you can have only one. What's your address?

What do you wanna do in switzerland?

your tax advisor is wrong
probably a boomer cuck who has no idea what hes talking about. that goes for most tax advisors btw when it comes to things abit more complicated like international tax laws or cryptocurrencies they really have no clue.
but sure go ahead and pay taxes on crypto gains if you insist

Dies.

the normies are into crypto now and many people are going to make fat gains with it, do you really believe they are going to track every single trade and transaction every citizen has made with crypto by themselves???

Komplett krank.

1NSxNT3z4wqBNQj2Vtdn6dG9pw9tsAZsXS :^)

You fake your own death. Pick a hobby that people know you have, drive out, never return. Even better if you don't know many people IRL, you can just disappear. Buy a house somewhere, leave the states and don't look back... there's so many ways honestly.

also you only get taxed for gains not for losses

I still don't understand why they don't just force exchanges to implement tax payments when a user converts his bitcoin to fiat. This would seriously save a lot of money and time for the government and traders.

Do you really think I'm going to risk going to jail over this shit?

/k/ always mentions that if it would come to an weapon registration or seizing

woopps just lost them in an fishing accident there sunken to the sea

You really think THEY wouldn't go that far?
They will put a bullet in me even if I cash out a penny without paying tax.

Come on, it's 10 years... max.
