A psionic implants memories of carnal despoliation into your mind without your knowledge

>A psionic implants memories of carnal despoliation into your mind without your knowledge

Where does this fit in on the crime severity chart?

thought crime

>despoliation
Son, there comes a time when you need to put the thesaurus down and maybe use some of the words you've actually heard another human being say.

I had to go Google despoliation. I think you are suggesting implanting memories of being raped? I imagine implanting memories at all is a sort of horrid violation, which would be a crime in a world where psionics are a known thing, although proving that the crime occurred would be pretty tricky.

Unless porn is now a crime, nowhere.
And even if it was, hey, it's free porn but with extra sensations and realisms, So I won't complain.

Is American anti-intellectualism a meme or is it for real?

Somewhere between defenestration and Age of Sigmar.

Both, depending on where you are.
How long ago did you last audibly hear the word despoliation?

>A psionic implants memories

Rape, your person hood has been violated and forced into something you didnt wish for or wanted, specially if the memories trigger you to suddenly like the psionic as that'd be similar to being drugged.

Actual intellectualism would be using a rare word because it's more precise - in a context where precision is particularly important

Using obscure words simply *because* they're obscure is being a tool. Just because your history with intelligent conversation has been one of confusion does not mean that is the intended experience.

It exists, primarily in the bible belt, and depending on where you are it's either exaggerated to under reported. That's not to say it's not ALSO a meme. Many people have no problem being intellectual and also religious.

but the word doesnt mean only being raped. it can mean sexually coerced, black mailed or another shit.
what i mean is that "carnal despoliation" is more open and less specific than rape.

Also this

>I use big words therefore I'm an intellectual.

Shut up stupid.

Wait, then what did the ark look like?

This is why I think religion needs to stay out of the classroom. This idiotic shit is infecting Canada too.

...

How can you ignore the physical evidence of such relics?

>Where does this fit in on the crime severity chart?

Did I cum or not?

It's not like it's a hard word. You shouldn't need to have heard it before to be able to figure out what it means from context.

Without any specialized laws concerning the ability to implant thoughts this would probably be the most correct ruling on the matter. That said, a whole slew of legislation would no doubt follow concerning rules that can bend/alter perception and behavior against the individual's will.

It doesn't matter how hard it is to figure out. He deliberately used an obscure word when a more common word would do, and it made him look like a jackass.

>You shouldn't need to have heard it before to be able to figure out what it means from context.
That wasn't the question.

...

Dunno. What would someone be charged with if they slipped someone else, say, LSD or peyote?

>The comparative abstruse properties of the confabulation are not disproportionate.
