This is really nice. My builds for other CYOAs are kind of based around healing and helping people anyway. And having sex with them. I figure this one doesn't outright make the sex part known, but considering how you affect people it shouldn't be difficult to get some on the side.

I kind of wish that there was an option to make people their ideal self, physically. Or at least improve their looks. Like if I'm rehabilitating a drug addiction, I can fix their mind and addiction, but I can't give their teeth back

It's funny but I think you already have a good choice of waifus. The magical girl, the fox goddess and Shappo(?) are nice choices for me.

You already have so many companion options that if you were going to add more it would be better to do it as a supplement. Like the user made companion one. Perhaps you might want to have a waifu from each hubworld or something.
