Kill all the kitsunes.

Love all the kitsunes!

fpbp

REMOVE KITSUNE

>Inquisitor Archetype in the catfolk section, implied to be catfolk-specific (even though it has nothing mechanically worth being racially locked)
>Gives you the limited benefits of an Oracle Mystery
>You're still Wisdom based
>Catfolk can't get rid of their wisdom penalty
>we could have Cha-quisitors RIGHT NOW
>I could have my gotten a half-elf, Str-based Sanctified Cha-quisitor RIGHT NOW

Fucking fuck paizo, one job. ONE. JOB. ONE FUCKING JOB.

Maybe one of these spooky and/or scary locations?

I'd rather love a Witchwolf.

witchwolves best awoos

Don't forget that Tengu get access to possibly the Worst Swashbuckler archetype, and the Best Witch Archetype
Also Ratfolk are super noice, and Vanara have given us the ability to actually TWF bastardswords

>con/wis
Into the trash it goes

Also this page. Any requests?

>it's another episode of players are all hyped for weeks and then when the game is scheduled to start none of them are in sight

>Swordmaster birb master of rogueishness
>Drops all the cool sword shit to become Monk disciple

uuuuuh

Character Options first pls

There's tons of cool stuff in that book namely most of the stuff in the kitsune section don't get me wrong. But Paizo has managed to take the one thing I really, really, REALLY WANTED and fuck it up. They fucked it up twice over by ALSO putting it on a race that gets a penalty towards the class's casting modifier, and I assume that it's locked to that race.

>man I sure wish I could get a Cha-quisitor with Oracle mysteries so I could be strength focused
>we got you senpai, here's a racial archetype for a class with a wisdom penalty and a dex bonus that could do that
>well that's not too ba-
>also it's not a cha-quisitor, it's still wis-based
>paizo why

I carry this banner with me no beastfolk will survive my wrath.

A reminder that Rise of the Jade Regent needs Additional DMs to help accommodate the huge number of Applicants there are!

Please be an awesome person and volunteer!

You can set your own timeslot.

We'd prefer it you had the same character creation perimeters of the original. Though you are free to make changes as you see fit.

Level 3 start
Gestalt
25 PB
All 1pp/DSP/SoP allowed
Other 3pp needs to be checked over
2 traits (3 with a disadvantage)
max starting gold for your class plus appropriate WBL (3,000 gp + starting gold amount).
Pretty much open races, provided it's not something broken

Optional rules in use are:

Unchained classes
When multiclassing, fractional BAB/Saves are used
Variant Multiclassing
Background skills and skill unlocks
Stamina is in use, Fighters and Kineticists gain Combat Stamina for free
Commonplace Guns
Words of Power, in case anyone wants to use that
Called Shots
Kineticists use Stamina in place of Burn
Master of Many Styles Monk retains the ability to choose any feat in a style chain path as a bonus feat without needing to meet the prerequisites.
Feat tax rules detailed here ( michaeliantorno.com/feat-taxes-in-pathfinder/)

That's not how you spell agathion- or archon-blooded aasimars.

a friendly reminder to fuck off t b q h

>aasimars

Right-o

How is spheres of power any different from Fursona?

>Go to my local games shop
>Do you guys run Pathfinder?

>Yeah, every other Saturday at four...
>blah blah blah
>We're on the pathfinder society list

GET IN THE FUCKING OVEN REEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

What

Page full of Arcanist exploits here

>tentacles

jesus christ.

What's wrong with Pathfinder society?

And to go along with the Bard stuff from Blood of Beasts, a new archetype and other bits.

Seriously. I cannot see any difference.

How about a horrific animal companion?

>He is unironically asking this question
lad pls you're better than this

oh my i love that bard archetype

Con/Wis mean they make the perfect mothers or fathers; sturdy and wise! Wise Wolf!

This nigga knows what's up, I want to protect that wan.

Fuck, forgot the image.

I thought someone here showed interest in DMing?

It has a few extra rules and limits thought up by the devs with the intent to better balance the game for overall standardized play.

Unfortunately, that is not something they're particularly good at.

How about a Zon-Zon Kuu-chan Monk?

...

You know all the retarded errata that happened that nerfed martials, and removed the fun choices?
Those came from PFS

I would GM for it only to kill all the kitsune applications.

Oracle Corruptions instead of just Curses.

This is actually really cool. I've always hated that the animal companion classes basically get over their old animals as soon as they die to get on with adventuring.

Ever wanted to play a shaman with a pet tentacle monster?

So they're the ones that ruined my Jingasa?

I thought tabletop players liked fun?

And finally Abberant Eidolons

Humblebundle is having a Pathfinder bundle, is it worth getting?

I was looking at the Freeport book mainly but I see the 3.5 version is in the trove. Does anyone know what the differences are? I do want to kind of try running a more urban game.

What's the best weapons setup for TWF? 2 falcatas with effortless lace?

fuck humblebundle. they give to shitty "charities"

> Humblebundle is having a Pathfinder bundle, is it worth getting?

Nah. It's all shit tier 3PP garbage.

>Mortifications
>No rules for use with Unchained Monk
why?

You don't even need effortless lace anymore if you go Fighter. Just take Warrior Spirit and Effortless TWF and go to town senpai.

Sweeeeeet.

Kukri + other Kukri + Stalker + Keen

16-20 x2 Crit Mod. Stalker's entire class is built on fishing crits and you have a ~36% chance to get one a round by level... Five, maybe.

Falcatas are a waste of a feat unless you can find a way to get proficency.

>Has Unchained Summoner stuff
>But not Unchained Monk
Paizo must still be salty about having to make the Unchained Monk

How would you calculate the CR of an organization? Any thoughts on this?

I almost certainly wouldn't. Why are you trying to do that, anyway?

To give players the ability to use knowledge history/local/nobility to gauge the power of a group.

why do you need CR for that

I was wondering if one of the DSP guys or the knowledgeable 'shills' around here could explain to me how the fourth is not valid.

It's just like the third one, except aimed off to the side which is valid, as described in the text box.

...you're doing it wrong. Especially since the more influential a group is, the easier knowledge checks relating to it should be.

Tieflings are also cool. Which ones would be wolf like, rakshasa-spawn?

Is Depilate the ultimate anti-kitsune spell?

yeah, that'd be the one.

Huh.
Damn, and I kind of liked the PFS concept.
Fuck 'em, I guess?

Yes the CR is not for the knowledge check I'm using a system based on membership to determine the check. I'm just thinking what the CR of an organization with a diverse set of levels should be.

CR is for encounters. Making it irrelevant unless you're describing it as if you fight every member at the same time. Or does CR handle many-many member fights very well.

Let's take the FBI. The FBI doesn't fight as an entire organization, it has small teams, and a lot of desk jockies.

If you were to describe the power of any organization, country, you describe what they have control/jurisdiction over, personnel/budget, previous examples of control, and what people think of them. Not really a number that gets less and less accurate or meaningful the higher it goes.

Does the First Mother's Fang make cavaliers great again? Seems pretty good.

>3PP
Third Party craP?
Huh.
Also okay, thanks.

Demon-spawn have some pretty bestial features too.

>Is Depilate the ultimate anti-kitsune spell?

The idea of a hairless Kitsune terrifies me.

Third one goes straight then spreads forward
Fourth one goes straight, then turns 90 degrees right and spreads that way

>Insights from beyond doesn't specify that spells chosen have to be of a level the Bard is capable of casting
Welp, looks like some interesting conjurer bards will happen

What?

It says it can go to one side, though.

Is it that you can go at a diagonal, but not a 90 degree angle?

Why are catfolk inquisitors and shamans still Wis-based even if they have -2 Wis and +2 Cha?

Seems unfair.

because catfolk are a shit.
A SHIT!

>Seems unfair.

No, it seems like an oversight.

BECAUSE FUCK YOU FOR WANTING NICE THINGS

I just wanted Cha-quisitors why must paizo hate me so much

Life is pretty unfair for cat people.

Wolf-girls > Kitsune > Cat-girls.

It is known.

...

all are shit though.

Probably follows the draw a line through the target rule of cover and flanking. Nudge the cone to the right and it becomes valid?

pls no bully

Silly user, Inquisitors (whose entire nature is built around hunting down heretics and rooting up corruption) can't be inspired by their sheer force of presence, it's got to be worldly wisdom! Wisdom!

CHARISMA CAN"T HAVE NICE THINGS FUCK YOU FOR THINKING OTHERWISE, LAST TIME I SAW A HIGH-CHARISMA PERSON THEY GAVE ME A SWIRLIE :(

...

And you liked it

>all are shit though.

Excuse me? Wolf-girls are consistently Best Girl in whatever media they're presented.

Post dragons please

its fine though because i'm going to make a cha based spiritualist that is definitely not this.

It's one of those rules like the genki, the osananajimi or the part-zentradi not winning.

...

You think the rest of that discussion isn't?
Where the fuck do you think you are, boy?

More like
kitsune crossdressers > wolfgirls = kitsune > catgirls = sneks > ratgirls > other

That bard archetype is so terrible even WITHOUT the muteness, and then you get nothing for being mute.

Really? Why, Paizo?

because mute girls are cute.

>Gamagirl's gams are always the biggest gams in the room

You must remember that little detail, user.

Gamagirly is always 1 size category larger than the largest opponent.

Best Chromatic

>Pain Binding has a Charisma-based DC
>on a monk

Why?
