That model looks a lot like Requiem ( From "Requiem Chevalier Vampire"). Then again, the vampires in that series are basically Dark Eldar.

DE have never been a real actor in the 40k universe, except when they had to save the craftworlds ass again and again. Other then that they are more a very unpleasant background noise.
