Alright. So the first thing that needs to be understood is that the refugee crisis is not all bad. In the long term. Right now, it's a serious problem, but, it could be the solution to another European problem. You see the European working force is aging, and you are not having enough kids to replace them. This means that eventually you will have more elderly and infirm than you do youths able to work. That's really really bad for your economy. Especially in states that provide services for the elderly. Now the migrants are at the moment a drain on resources, but in the long run they could form the necessary base of your working force. They'd be kinda like mexicans. You may not like them, some of them may be criminals, and they may have a different culture, but if they weren't there to work shit jobs your economy would suffer for it. So you want a country that is taking in some refugees, that is integrating them pretty well.

Next thing is look at the countries that already have a strong economy. They will be less likely to go under if they take a hit, and less likely to take a hit in general honestly.

Avoid the miditeranian. Everything around there is kinda fucked. My personal recommendation is germany, but I could be wrong. My area of emphasis is east Asia (lived in Taiwan and korea for 3 years), so I'm not perfect with European politics and economics, but last I checked Germany was a good option that several of my classmates and professors who are focused on Europe all agreed was gonna come out of this on top.
