>sued for owing money to debt collectors
fucking spaz

I was something like $30k in debt, Amex sued me for $12k in unpaid credit card debt, so I just filed for bankruptcy. Got all of that debt dismissed and now it's not even 3 years later and my credit score is over 700 again and I have a combined credit line of $30k in credit cards again. I don't fuck around anymore though and pay all my bills now, because you only get to file bankruptcy once every 10 years. I'll never get a credit card with Amex again though, because they blacklisted me for life kek.

I’ve heard of people getting sued for less than $2,000

50 bucks

>blacklisted me for life kek.

Hahaha. Reminds me of the “black book” from casino

I am perpetually in debt and being pursued by collectors. I change phone numbers three times a year on average.

I discovered long ago that you CAN beat the big banks and CC companies. So I follow a very simple system.

Every seven years, my bad debts start to fall off of my credit report. This happens so long as I NEVER talk to bill collectors and establish communications or negotiations. I flat out IGNORE them completely, never answering my phone unless it is a known number. I have no voicemail.

So it starts like this:
>have decent credit
>apply for as many cards as you can
>receive cards, use them for a few months to buy bullshit, gas, groceries etc
>pay it off every month until you can ask for a limit increase
>turn your $5,000 worth of credit into $15,000

Now, here is the key part:
>take all of your credit cards, and use them to buy as much BTC as you possibly can
>now, your seven year cycle starts ticking
>never pay the cards back
>never talk to anyone about it
>never answer your phone
>never give a shit about your (((credit))) score

Seven years later, you repeat this process. This is NOT illegal. They chose to give you the money. They chose the terms. Your consequence is they fuck your score to hell, and thats all they can do. They cannot garnish wages (in my state, NC) and they cannot put in prison because THEY assessed the risks using their own system.

Seven years later, it will all start to drop off, and you will be back where you started, but with a LOT more money than before and a lot more power to acquire even greater CC limits.

This is how we win.

is that you neon?

This post...I-I think I have cancer now

Holy Kek. How have you never been sued?

kek wtf, do you not give them personal details like your address when you sign up? Can they not send around bigbuffmclargehuge to your house?

>small claims court

This won't end well, user. Unless you also change your name and date of birth every 7 years then Dog the Bounty Hunter will be coming to visit.

put me in the screencap

god speed user

My addresses are all bogus. Well, mostly. I own literally nothing that I haven't paid cash for and all I have in terms of money is $100k+/- in crypto.

I have a frontend bank account I use for my jewing and I am a member of credit union that allows me to withdraw btc pretty liberally without reporting it to anyone as far as I know.

Dave Ramsey says you can't beat big banks and credit card companies but if enough people did what I was doing they would all collapse because of their own flawed system.

Hardest I’ve laughed in a while. I hope this is true. You’re a hero.

You’re basically Nicky santoro

“Nicky's methods of betting weren't scientific, but they worked. When he won, he collected. When he lost, he told the bookies to go fuck themselves. I mean, what were they going to do, muscle Nicky? Nicky was the muscle.”

No. I mean, well, 10k to student loans who may as well be debt collectors with their no you can no claim bankruptcy to get out of this law. That account is in good standing though. I'd like to polish that off with investment earnings within the year but we'll see how it goes.

You will definitely get away with fraud forever, user. Definitely.

appreciate the (you)s

I'd also like to note that at one point I had over $70k in medical debt that finally disappeared a few months ago. The one great thing about the US is that debt literally means nothing... we have so many niggers running around with debt that they can do zero about it. If they could do something about it, niggers would be in full chimpout mode.

I'm ok, though a friend of mine owed money to Glasgow debt collectors and ended up emigrating to Barcelona to avoid them.

Definite win for him desu.

even the money is debt.

That is not fraud. People make the mistake of thinking that when you enter a contract with a lender and you violate the contract you've committed fraud of some kind. It's not fraud.

Do you think you can enter a contract with your neighbor to loan him $10k and if he doesn't pay it back hes committed fraud? You are wrong. Fraud is a CRIMINAL charge. He may have violated the contract in a civil court, but that doesn't make him a criminal and surely doesn't mean he would ever see the inside of a jail cell.

There is not much that can be done in civil court, especially if you are dirt poor on paper. And the funniest shit is, my shitty credit score that they gave me would only end up helping me out if they were to ever take me to civil court.

Fucking debt collector niggers won't stop harassing me over a $2,500 CC bill, can't imagine how people who owe tens of thousands live.

>I can't imagine not answering the phone or hanging it up when someone is harrassing me...

right you are ken. But for the sake of brevity I speak in lay terms

What about States that garnish wages?

I cant wait until Trump redpills mankind on the fed this christmas

Most of them don't unless the money is somehow tied to their finances (ie. subsidies, student loans, etc.)

I think there is only a handful that take credit card debt as a state issue, if any. But if they do, then fucking move, because it's obviously a liberal shithole.

It absolutely is fraud, cowboy. If you use a bogus address on the application to get credit youre breaking the law. But lucky for you the police dont waste time on this petty shit. They prefer to spend their days playing deadly games of twister.

>if you use a bogus address

Hey, you're making assumptions. I said they are bogus NOW. I didn't say they were bogus then... I surely didn't lie. I'm just saying now they simply aren't accurate and it's not my responsibility to ensure their records are still correct.

I am a truck driver. I move around.

AND furthermore, it would only be fraud if I were using the address I listed as a means of acquiring more credit than they would have given me otherwise...

ie. if I said I lived in $2mil condo and used the value of that as collateral of some kind, or verification that I'm rich and capable of paying back a huge sum if needed.

I never did that.

assmad Amex lel

Just imagine how long that black list is and how many actual black people are on it

I told all the collections people calling me that I died. I said I was my brother, and that I passed away and I would appreciate it if they stopped calling.

They did. A lot of those debts fell off. Eventually all of them did.

I had a car that I stopped paying on, and they wanted to repossess. They called all the time, and sometimes I'd talk to them. They said I was driving a stolen car, and it was reported stolen now.

I drove it for 2 years. I eventually left it in a parking lot, and called them to pick it up.

living the dream

Jesus. H. Christ.

You gonna get shot nigga, may brodar died doing dis

>my brother
Pulling of the same scam I see

You're no better than some welfare queen, living off of other peoples' money and expecting to give nothing back in return. Like a leech.

Until they bring back debtor's prisons you're fine op. Just don't pay anything ever. Worked out for me.

No I'm a million times better because I don't commit crimes, I don't smoke crack, and I don't have kids (yet)

oh boo hoo those poor bankers

Lel. I owe 2,500 and I worry everyday.

Pay denbts.

Also, how would this work if you didn't have a trucking job? I assume you're on WiFi right now in a Walmart parking lot. What about decent contract cellphone service?

Also;
No credit = no apartment. What's the antijew for that?

I hate these boomers, you have no clue what the banks do to fuck people!

I worked for one... we would be required to force bankruptcy on people so we could foreclose their house and still get them to pay more than their original loan via special "fees" and "Late Charges".

Some of the farmers we did this too committed suicide... I couldn't do it anymore, I still have nightmares still I've tried to give back to society for what I've helped do, via soup kitchens and donations to worthy causes... don't support these cunts (Major banks are the worst)

>Yfw you expected to blow everyone away with personal anecdotes but there are based anons out-basing you.

Worst I did was rack up CC debt in 2 countries (I have 3 passports) and over 120k in student loans I have never made a payment towards and it's been over 7 years. They've given up ages ago in my home country. Government paid it off. I never get stopped at airport, no lawsuit, never hear about it. I also never try to get a loan in that country. I make low 6 figs and over 400k in crypto, all possible because I never paid my student loans. In the country I earn a living I racked up 15k in CC but paid it down.

hahahahahaha how the fuck are debt collectors real hahaha nigga just hang up the phone like nigga block their number haha
